Damn it!

A massive problem just showed up.

How the hell did this guy get dragged into this...?

Looking at Kaido, Sengoku and the others all looked like they were constipated.

What’s he doing here? Showing up at a ti like this is no joke.

Aside from Garp, who’s pretending to be dead, the rest of them might actually have a hard ti dealing with these two.

Why did he have to appear right now, of all tis?!

Sengoku’s expression was unusually grim.

"Kaido! What the hell are you doing here?!"

Hearing this, Kaido turned to Sengoku with a grin and replied,

"Just dropping by. It’s been a while since I’ve been ho, you know? They always say you should visit ho often. So here I am."

Sengoku’s face darkened even further at those words.

"Seen enough yet?! If you have, then get the hell out of here!"

There was a certain undertone in Sengoku’s words—an acknowledgnt.

An acknowledgnt that Kaido had called this place his ho...

"Oh~ Forgot to ntion, the guy behind is our Beasts Pirates’ licensed doctor! If you try anything funny with him, I might just have to take action for trespassing on my turf..."

*Boom!*

As he spoke, Kaido slamd his kanabo into the ground with a heavy thud.

But his words left everyone present wide-eyed.

What the hell? A licensed doctor for the Beasts Pirates?

If our intel isn’t wrong, this should be your first ti eting him, right?

How the hell is he suddenly your licensed doctor?

And what the hell even is a licensed doctor?!

Now it wasn’t just Sengoku—everyone was frowning deeply.

This was bad. This massive problem just declared Vir as one of his own.

How were they supposed to fight, capture, or stop him now?

The Marines were in a real bind.

Should they just let him leave? But aside from letting him go, there really weren’t any other options left.

While the Marines were struggling with their dilemma...

Vir, standing behind Kaido, was also utterly confused.

’What the hell is this? Why is Kaido here? And not just here—he’s here to protect ?’

’And what’s this about a licensed doctor?’

’What kind of joke is this?’

Before Vir could even ask, Kaido beat him to the punch with his own question.

"Young man, my daughter told you agreed to provide free on-site treatnt for the higher-ups of our Beasts Pirates. That’s correct, right? I didn’t save the wrong person, did I?"

Hearing Kaido’s words and seeing his beaming face, Vir was still baffled at first.

But the mont he caught the keywords in Kaido’s sentence, he burst into laughter and eagerly grabbed Kaido’s outstretched hand.

"Hahahahaha! That’s ! That’s ! No need to call ’young man’—we’re family, aren’t we? Just call Vir! Gotta say, you’ve got a sharp eye! Recognized right away!"

"From now on, just give a call if you need anything! I’ll rush over at top speed—giddy up—I’ll be there in no ti!"

Vir’s grin was so wide it couldn’t be hidden.

’Beasts Pirates, higher-ups, treatnt!’

’What the hell is this if not a golden opportunity falling right into my lap? Old Kaido, you truly live up to your title as Kaido-sensei!’

’The mont you see , you’re already thinking about getting to treat your crew—how is this any different from treating like your prized disciple?!’

Vir was laughing joyfully, and Kaido was laughing just as heartily.

This kid was easy to talk to and didn’t act like so fancy doctor. Not bad! Not bad at all.

Though... once Kaido finds out that Yamato stopped imitating that bastard Oden, and that it was all Vir’s doing, his impression of Vir might not stay so simple...

And once he discovers that Vir’s "treatnt" involves stir-frying people in flas, he might not feel the sa way anymore.

"Great, great! You’ve still got things to do, right? Go handle your business! I’ve got your back here! Got so business of my own to take care of too!"

Kaido’s massive face was practically glowing with delight as he spoke, his voice booming even louder than usual.

As he spoke, he also shot a glance at Whitebeard’s body on the ground.

His aning was clear.

First, he wanted to witness Vir’s dical skills firsthand.

Second... he wanted to see the look on that old geezer Whitebeard’s face when he suffered!

(Though he wasn’t sure if the old man could even make expressions anymore...)

Hearing this, Vir took a deep breath to calm his excitent—like he’d just struck gold—and reluctantly tore his gaze away from Kaido, whom he’d been looking at like a proud father.

Looking at Whitebeard, who still hadn’t been put away, he could only sigh inwardly.

’Sigh. Old White, don’t bla for this.’

’You saw it yourself—another one showed up.’

’He won’t let leave.’

’So I’ll just have to reluctantly treat you right here on the spot.’

’This really isn’t what I wanted!’

As he thought this, Vir’s eyes glead with excitent as he stepped up to Whitebeard’s body.

anwhile, Kaido’s grin slowly faded.

His expression grew increasingly hostile.

Then, with a sudden motion, he raised his kanabo and pointed at a certain soone in eye-searing pink not too far away.

"DOFFY!!"

Kaido’s roar was so loud it nearly knocked the glasses off Doflamingo’s face.

At first, when Kaido pointed in his direction with that murderous look, Doflamingo thought so idiot nearby had pissed him off.

He’d even pulled out so sunflower seeds, ready to enjoy the show—until Kaido called his na.

That sent a full-body shudder through him.

’What the hell? What’s going on? Why’s he calling ? Aren’t we friendly business partners? Why’s he looking at like he wants to eat alive?!’

Before he could dwell on it, Kaido bellowed again.

"I heard you’re pretty tough, huh?!"

(Doflamingo, in the past: "I’m super tough, okay?!")

"Now! Get over here! Let see for myself!"

Kaido’s words hit Doflamingo like a sledgehamr to the skull.

He ntally scrambled through every mory from childhood to adulthood, trying to figure out where he’d possibly offended this monster.

But seeing Kaido already poised to march over himself, Doflamingo had no choice but to hurry forward.

Baffled, he finally spoke up.

"Kaido, if you’re looking to discuss a new contrac—"

"SHOW !!"

Doflamingo’s last-ditch attempt to appeal to Kaido’s inner goodness was instantly crushed by the beast’s roar.

’Holy shit, I’m screwed. He’s not giving any face at all.’

’What the hell did I do? Show you what?!’

Right at that mont...

Shiki, with perfect codic timing, lowered Yamato down—right onto Kaido’s shoulder.

Yamato blinked her big, watery eyes, brimming with pure, unfiltered innocence.

She glanced around, taking in the scene, before finally greeting Doflamingo with a cheerful:

"Uh, hi. Your outfit’s kinda... h, honestly."
