After reposting, Song Xici giggled, clutching her phone as she scrolled down, looking imnsely satisfied.

"Not bad, when did your other half beco so cooperative?" Chen Shihan approached, asking beside her.

"What do you an..." Song Xici put away her phone, brushing a strand of hair aside.

"Nothing, just thinking you two are working well together this ti. I was wondering how to dispel those rumors about your discord." Chen Shihan mused.

"My reply was clever, right?" Song Xici looked at her.

Chen Shihan shook her head, smiling. "I don't care if it's real or not, but since you're playing along, keep it up. Maintain this, and I'll make sure to land that big fish for you two lovebirds."

"Big fish?" Song Xici's eyebrows rose slightly.

"Yes, a production team for a show just called ." Chen Shihan winked, patting her shoulder.

"I see..." Song Xici nodded.

anwhile, Liao Bixin, standing at a distance, glanced at Song Xici's beaming face, then at the manager chatting with the director, her eyes dark.

Her manager had told her two days ago that Blue Sea TV was planning a rural farming reality show for celebrity couples, originally intending to invite her and Qi Sheng along with four other entertainnt industry couples. But they'd just received insider information that the production team was considering replacing them with Song Xici and Tang You'an.

The reason being that Liao Bixin and Qi Sheng had already participated in a dating reality show ages ago.

Tang You'an and Song Xici, however, hadn't appeared together in public since their marriage, adding an elent of mystery. Moreover, Tang You'an's performance on "Literati Gathering," whether genuine or not, was excellent - a walking

generator. As soon as the show aired, many people began imitating her adorably clueless manner in jokes.

Admittedly, when Liao Bixin heard this, her mind was in turmoil. She hadn't been particularly keen on participating, dreading the countryside, but recalling Tang You'an and Song Xici's affectionate behavior in front of her last ti made her want to snatch this opportunity.

After all, she didn't want Song Xici and Tang You'an to appear so lovey-dovey on the show, win fans, and surpass her in popularity again.

She had finally overtaken Song Xici and didn't want to be overshadowed once more.

"By the way, Sister Song, our forr agency mate Qi Yuan is having a birthday this weekend. Will you be coming?" Liao Bixin approached, smiling.

"I'll be there. Why?" Song Xici turned her head.

"Nothing, just wondering what gift I should get her." Liao Bixin smiled.

"I haven't decided either. We'll see." Song Xici shrugged, not wanting to prolong the conversation.

"Oh, alright." Liao Bixin nodded.

While waiting for the next scene, Song Xici checked Weibo again and found that Tang You'an had reposted her earlier repost: "I was wrong, I hope Xici will spare . Please go easy if you can..."

Seeing this, Song Xici laughed and reposted again: "Easy? That won't do, I like it rough." She added a chin-stroking, thoughtful emoji.

After this exchange, fans from both sides were like two groups of screaming prairie dogs, nearly driven mad.

"Wow... bedroom talk..."

"Looking at this... So Song Xici is actually the top?! And Tang You'an isn't???"

"I dropped my lon in shock! Though I used to be Tang's anti-fan, I always bet on her being the top!"

"I've lost everything."

"Lost everything

1, sister, high five..."

"No, I'll maintain my last bit of stubbornness! Those who always pretend to be tops outside are usually bottoms, and the kind that can never get up!"

...

Sohow, the discussion had veered wildly off course, so far that not even a tractor could pull it back.

As Song Xici was laughing uncontrollably, Tang You'an's number suddenly appeared on her screen.

She swiped to answer, bringing the phone to her ear: "Hello?"

"What do they an by 'top'?" Tang You'an asked.

"Uh..." Song Xici furrowed her brow, closing her eyes. After a mont, she said softly, "It ans... the sun."

"Oh... Then what about 'bottom'? Does it an the moon?" Tang You'an continued.

Song Xici couldn't help but look up at the night sky, at a loss for words. She could only nod: "Maybe, probably... Just understand it that way."

"Then I want to be the sun. I like sunshine. I'll go tell them I'm a top." Tang You'an said imdiately.

"That, that's not necessary!" Song Xici nearly spat out her water.

"Alright... How's your filming going?" Tang You'an asked next.

"One more scene to shoot." Song Xici said.

"I've finished here and I'm on my way to you."

"Why are you coming? I'll be heading back soon."

"But I'm already here." Tang You'an said, then hung up.

"Xici!" The next second, Song Xici heard Tang You'an's voice from afar.

Turning her head, she saw Tang You'an walking towards her, bundled up in thick clothing.

"Why did you co here so late at night?" Song Xici chided her gently.

"Because I'm so happy." Tang You'an said, slightly out of breath, her voice tinged with excitent. "So many people praised

online today."

"I saw." Song Xici smiled.

"So, do I get a reward for performing so well?" Tang You'an asked.

Hearing this question, Song Xici felt like she was seeing a Husky sitting properly in front of her, wagging its tail.

Song Xici thought for a mont, then took a bag from Xiao He, unzipped it, and pulled out a lollipop a young crew mber had given her. She held it out to Tang You'an: "Here."

"Just this?" Tang You'an took the candy, examining both sides, clearly unsatisfied.

"What else do you want?" Song Xici suddenly raised her voice. "What, you want kisses, hugs, and to be lifted up or sothing?"

"Kisses, hugs, and lifting?" Tang You'an's lips curved slightly.

"Ah, well..." Song Xici turned to face her, suddenly tongue-tied.

"Give her a hug!" A man passing by suddenly shouted.

"Kiss her! Kiss her!" Soon, everyone was rhythmically chanting and clapping.

Liao Bixin watched from the side, her brow deeply furrowed as she ran a hand through her hair.

"This..." Song Xici scratched her head.

"You're married anyway, what's there to be afraid of? Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!" Inexplicably, more and more people joined in the chant, smiling as they gathered around to watch.

Song Xici looked at them, then at Tang You'an, feeling her face hot enough to fry an egg.

Tang You'an glanced around, then lowered her head with a faint smile.

"Kiss her!" The crowd's cheer grew louder.

Song Xici steeled herself and took a step closer to Tang You'an.

"Just to be clear... I'm only doing this to appease them. Don't get any ideas..." Song Xici looked up at Tang You'an, speaking in an extrely low voice.

The next second, Song Xici stiffly wrapped her arms around Tang You'an's waist, stood on tiptoe, and lightly kissed her right cheek. It was gentle, like being touched by jelly.

The surrounding crowd imdiately burst into applause.

"Xici..." Tang You'an turned her head slightly.

Tang You'an's body was warm, and as her familiar scent filled Song Xici's nose, Song Xici's heart began to dance rhythmically.

Song Xici abruptly looked up to find Tang You'an gazing at her with deep, intense eyes. Like a cat accidentally knocking over a brazier, she suddenly let go of Tang You'an and stumbled away to stand next to a makeup artist, pretending to casually touch up her own makeup.

Tang You'an stood there, slowly raising her hand to touch her cheek, her lips curving into a slight smile.

At that mont, Song Xici sneaked another glance back at her, unexpectedly eting Tang You'an's gaze. Startled, Song Xici dropped the lipsticks she was holding, which clattered to the ground and rolled away.

I've gone mad! Song Xici thought. She must have gone mad! Why else would her hands shake even when picking up lipstick?
