Ivy Kensington returned to Serenity Gardens, and Sebastian Blackwood followed her in.
"Master Blackwood, why are you following ?"
Honestly, from The Rose Club back to her ho, this man was becoming increasingly obstinate.
Ivy was dead tired at the mont and just wanted to sleep; she didn’t want to be tangled up with Sebastian.
However, Sebastian clearly didn’t think the sa. He studied Ivy with his deep-set eyes for a few minutes before suddenly asking, "Was I really brainless before?"

Ivy perked up, nodding wildly, "You figured it out yourself?"
Back then, he seed to have lost his mind, always believing Nina Shaw no matter what she did.
The expression of agreent on Ivy’s face made Sebastian’s handso face darken.

But seeing Julian Hawthorne unconditionally protecting Nina today made him realize that he was probably much like Julian himself four years ago.
With a deep breath from his thin lips, Sebastian said, "I won’t be like that in the future."
The future?
Ivy let out a dry laugh. She didn’t believe this kind of promise for one bit!
Yet, outwardly, she raised a cheerful smile, "That’s just wonderful."
Seeing her smile so happily, Sebastian’s mood lifted significantly as well. He stepped forward with his long legs, pinching Ivy’s small face with his large hand, and said, "I’ll give you a surprise in a while."

Thought Ivy to herself, a cold glint flashing in her eyes.

Sebastian left Serenity Gardens and went straight to Theodore Ford.
Theodore had been recovering quite well lately, so he was surprised when Sebastian suddenly showed up.
"What brings Master Blackwood to the Ford Family?"
Without any pleasantries, Sebastian got straight to the point, "Mr. Ford, regarding the marriage arrangent with your daughter Nina, I’d like to call it off."

Nina had just co back. She heard a servant say that Sebastian was here, thinking he was coming to comfort her about almost being detained at a dinner event due to paynt issues. But as soon as she got downstairs, she heard these words.
Imdiately, Nina bit her lip with resentnt!
Why call it off? Could it be because Ivy told Brother Sebastian sothing?
Theodore didn’t seem surprised. He could tell that Sebastian didn’t have much depth of romantic affection for Nina.
Otherwise, he wouldn’t have gone four years without marrying Nina.
"This is my fault, so I’ll try my best to compensate the Ford Family and Nina."
Sebastian continued gracefully.
Money, houses, luxury cars... as long as it could be solved with money, he wouldn’t hesitate.
Theodore laughed, "Compensation or anything, our Ford Family isn’t short of these."
To Theodore, if one wasn’t truly in love, calling off the engagent sooner was a blessing of sorts. At least they wouldn’t end up as a pair of resentful partners, which would be better for both parties.
Upon hearing Theodore’s response, Nina was almost spitting blood with anger, foolish!
