Liu Xuan’s remarks imdiately sparked a wave of revulsion among everyone in Senior Year, Class Eight, including Xiang Ying Tian.
Xiang Ying Tian’s brow furrowed as his disappointnt in Liu Xuan deepened.
With a grimace, Xiang Ying Tian fixed his gaze on Liu Xuan and said angrily, “Liu Xuan, watch your tone!”
“And who gave you the right to hand out nicknas to others?”
“As class president, you’re snitching on your classmates and assigning them nicknas, failing to foster any sense of unity!
Just look at yourself—what on earth are you doing!?”
Xiang Ying Tian’s questions ca out in a roar.
Liu Xuan, intimidated by Xiang Ying Tian’s fury, was left stamring, unable to form a coherent response.
In that mont, Jiang Hao stepped in to reinforce the point.
Jiang Hao glanced at Liu Xuan as if he were nothing more than a performing buffoon.
“Class president, can’t you use your head for once? If I had been in a fight, do you think I’d have returned so quickly?
And if I had just been in a fight, wouldn’t there be so sign of it on ?”
With just a few sentences, Jiang Hao left Liu Xuan speechless.
Then, Little Fat stood up, speaking earnestly.
“Teacher Xiang, Jiang Hao and I just went out to buy ice cream; we had no idea there was a fight.”
Following his glance at Little Fat, Xiang Ying Tian turned to all the students of Senior Year, Class Eight, and inquired, “Did Wang Xiaoman ask any of you to join in a fight just now?”
At that mont, Wang Xiaoman tensed up, while Liu Xuan couldn’t hide his glee.
But to everyone’s surprise, the entire class spoke in unison, “No!”
Truth be told, over the past three years, the majority of Senior Year, Class Eight had grown quite discontented with their class president, Liu Xuan.
Liu Xuan was known for his condescension and for leveraging his position to bully others, hoarding any advantages for himself without a thought for his classmates.
Just monts ago, he had not only tried to prevent them from aiding Jiang Hao but had also rushed to the teacher to tattle.
This was more than they could stand. As students, there was nothing they despised more than a snitch.
Undoubtedly, Liu Xuan had long since lost the hearts of everyone in Senior Year, Class Eight.
This was the catalyst for the unfolding drama!
Jiang Hao, upon hearing the news, was taken aback with surprise.
Wang Xiaoman was equally shocked, yet simultaneously, he breathed a sigh of relief.
But for Liu Xuan, the turn of events left him utterly bewildered.
“You… what… you guys…”
As Liu Xuan t the indifferent gazes of his fellow students from Senior Year, Class 8, a wave of panic washed over him.
“It’s not like that, it’s not like that at all. How can you even suggest such a thing?”
But at that mont, not a single classmate from Senior Year, Class 8 seed inclined to give him the ti of day.
When he turned to see Ying Tian beside him, already seething with anger, Liu Xuan’s face was etched with fear and a sense of injustice.
“Teacher, please, that’s not the way it is. Let explain!”
Ying Tian’s patience, however, had been worn thin by Liu Xuan’s repeated antics.
“Enough, there’s no need for further discussion.”
With that, Ying Tian strode to the lectern, bowed deeply to the assembled students, and continued.
“I deeply apologize. My oversight in judgnt has brought inconvenience to you all, and for that, I offer my sincere apologies here and now.”
“I’m sorry.”
Turning his head, Ying Tian cast a brief glance at the bewildered Liu Xuan and announced,
“I must also make an additional announcent here today.”
“Liu Xuan will be relieved of his duties as class monitor.”
“With the college entrance exams fast approaching, we won’t hold a vote for his replacent. Instead, I am appointing Jiang Hao to temporarily take over the role of class monitor.”
“Are there any objections?”
