Looking at the only line of the new skill, I was able to rember the last fragnt that I forgot, which was also another act of my subconscious, the decision to target the carving to my 'Fire Cell'.
The decision seed to be made upon the lack of trust of the technique's result as it might cause one of my elental cells to be disabled, which made refrain from using it on my 'Lightning Cell'.
Originally, as the strongest offensive elental cell I had, 'Lightning Cell' was naturally the perfect cell that would be of advantage to if I could use 'Elental Control' through it, but considering the situation where it was no longer just points gambling but gambling on the possibility of crippling my core 'Cell', my subconscious mind settled for the second offensive cell that I had, the 'Fire Cell'...
'Finally, the mont of truth…'
After confirming everything and repairing the cracks I had in my mory, it was finally ti to test the result!
Though myself and my subconscious mind had confird the heightened value caused by the rging as well as the increase in positive effects and lack of most negative ones, this was all still just in theory, the only true confirmation is practical testing, after all, may theoretically correct things ended up being bullshit when it ca to the execution over the years…
Naturally, just like the flow channel structure, the flow path was just as complicated, complete concentration was required to move my fire elents within the now carved 'Fire Cell' before the 'living elents' could be released!
With that being said, I was already having a hard ti delaying my curiosity so far, so I proceeded to guide my elents into the 'Fire Cell'...
'This is really tricky…'
It took as long as 10 seconds for a flaming ball of fire to appear above my hand before it started to take shape.
Slowly, the middle part started to take the shape of a proportionate torse as limbs that appeared to be professionally carved ford, two normally sized wings, and finally, a head with two curved horns was the end of the constant shape change, every part was completely covered in red scales.
'Half a minute…'
The ti it took to let out the 'living elents' on the shape of a palm-sized humanoid dragon was simply quite a disappointnt, but it wasn't actually a bad result at all for one's first 'Elental Control' experint, it was just a bit longer than I expected.

The little humanoid dragon's wings kept flapping as if to indicate its liveliness, it's model seed to be based on one of my understandings of a proper dragon form, which was probably inspired by so of the comics I read back in reality.

'Preliminary form check…'
The incomplete 'Elental Control' manual of 'Lightning Cell' was a technique of great range due to the nature of its 'Elental Manifestation', which was practically macro to micro sized cells that could be spread anywhere within one's 'Elental Domain', however, the individual strength of each cell wasn't that great when compared to the 'Elental Manifestation' of the other techniques.
On the other hand, the 'Draconic Elental Control' technique had the exact opposite characteristics of that, its 'Elental Manifestation' might be individualistic in nature, but it's offensive strength was definitely off the chart due to the symbol it represented.
As for the technique that was made from combining both…

My palm, which stayed open all the sa after the miniature humanoid fire dragon darted off, once again had another ball of fla occupying the space above it, only that this ti, the ball of fla in that position didn't show up alone...
