"Technology that changes the world."

Edward looked at Harryman, waiting for him to elaborate further.

"The projection of this world above our heads is becoming increasingly real. According to our research, this world will completely overlap with our space-ti in thirty to forty years..."

Harryman paused in his speech.

He only ntioned a partial overlap.

Not a complete overlap.

Once the two worlds truly overlap, it would be akin to the collision of two superstars. Even just the convergence of the gravitational forces of the two stars could bring about a cataclysmic disaster.

Pondering, he continued, "Once the two worlds partially overlap under certain special conditions, it will form sothing akin to a space-ti channel... much like the space-ti disturbance we experinted with recently, which could also be regarded as a type of space-ti channel. However, such a space-ti channel can only facilitate the transfer of consciousness if several people are thinking in synchronization and coincidence allows it. This kind of experint is full of uncertainties."

"Does the technology you ntioned make uncertainty certain?"

"Yes, this technology was used in their world to build altars for venerating ancestors and receiving their blessings. However, our preliminary studies have shown that if this altar could be successfully established, it would resonate with a similar altar-like structure in that world."

As he spoke, Harryman smiled, "This resonance itself might not do much, but for us, it allows us to explore the waves ford by the resonance, enabling us to finally find the coordinates of the Longevity World."

At this, his tone slightly paused, "With these coordinates, we won’t have to depend on luck like now, trying one person after another. We could even precisely create a ’space-ti channel’ that works under synchronized thinking, entering the Longevity World through shared mories."

"mory sharing?"

Unable to hold back, Jonas, who was beside Edward, asked, "Are you talking about consciousness uploading technology?"

"Yes, this technology is still in its infancy in our world, but this experint has given hope to perfect it," Harryman stated with a sparkle in his eyes. "The beings of the Longevity World are the perfect vessels. If developnt continues, the technology to transfer consciousness into vessels of the Longevity World is not unachievable. If enough people could gather Cultivation thods and Cultivation Resources in the Longevity World and transfer them back to Blue Star, we are looking at the dawn of a new era."

He took a deep breath, his voice trembling slightly from excitent, "By that ti, all of us could be Second Rank, or even Fourth Rank, Fifth Rank Cultivators, with lifespans of two hundred, five hundred, a thousand years, and truly lead human civilization to soar, heading towards the galaxy."

"Different worlds have different environnts, how can you be sure that the Cultivation thods from that world would work in ours?"

At this point, the Minister of Defense spoke again, "Moreover, this so-called altar-like building, technology... Why does it seem intentionally designed? Could it be a trap from that world? Their goal being similar to ours, they too want to determine the coordinates of our world."

"Sir, you ask this question because you do not understand the technology of synchronized thinking," Harryman explained. "The key to this technology lies in mory sharing, consciousness sharing! In other words, it directly obtains these technologies and information from the opponent’s mories, or rather collects the desired information directly from cognitive patterns. Unless that civilization’s individuals are so powerful that they can manipulate thoughts, consciousness, or even the legendary souls, this information will not be false."

At this, his tone paused slightly, "Moreover, the situation we currently face leaves us with no choice. Even if we do nothing, three or four decades from now, the proximity of the two worlds will naturally form space-ti channels, allowing the people of the Longevity World to descend upon Blue Star. This is not sothing that can be altered by our will."

This statent left the Minister of Defense with no ground for rebuttal.

The increasingly realistic world above them could bring disaster or opportunity; no one can say for sure so far.

"Furthermore, I must declare that if the beings of that civilization are indeed so powerful that they can freely modify our thoughts, our consciousness, then if we remain indifferent now, once the two worlds et in three or four decades, we humans will have no power to resist. For when we realize their existence and wish to resist, our mindset would have already been transford, turning us into their servants, slaves," Harryman stated gravely.

So gentlen, no matter what, we must take action."

Edward, Jonas, Robert, and others gathered together, discussing sothing.

Today is different from the past.

The Longevity World has already appeared as a projection over Blue Star, adding that the experts also speculate that the two worlds are very likely to et in three to four decades.

At the very least, a "space-ti channel" that connects the two worlds will be ford.

Of course, it might be in another form of contact, but for now, they are using the term "space-ti channel."

Knowing that a threat will arrive in a few decades, it is inevitable that their actions might be overly aggressive.

"So, what is your suggestion?"

Edward asked.

"I will divide it into several parts," Harryman replied, gathering his spirits. "First, continue to search for individuals with high synchronization rates of thinking, entering the Longevity World through the ’space-ti channel’ ford by the Particle Collider to obtain more intelligence, preferably related to Cultivation, while simultaneously constructing the altar—Spirit Light Platform. Second, select a group of elite soldiers and enhance their spiritual power through techniques like ditation and Visualization..."

He paused, "Based on the data we’ve observed, these thods should be effective."

"Should? Did you just say ’should’?"

Robert furrowed his eyebrows.

"Yes, Mr. President, this is a civilization distinct from ours, an entirely new domain. None of us can be absolutely certain of its effectiveness. We can only speculate by monitoring the brainwaves of the experint subjects through instrunts," Harryman explained.

Robert pondered for a mont and then said nothing more, "Continue."

"We’ve cultivated a group of soldiers with strong spiritual power capable of smoothly passing through the ’Space-ti Channel’. Guided by the Spirit Light Platform, they would enter that world. On one hand, they would establish a frontier base for us, and on the other hand, they would transfer Cultivation Techniques back to us."

"Soldiers, frontier bases..."

Jonas slowly said, "Are we intending to invade the Longevity World?"

"Invade? No, no, no, Mr. Speaker, let’s not forget that the Longevity World is still in the feudal era. We are the ssengers of civilization. Entering that world ans to spread the seeds of civilization and harmony," Harryman said with a smile.

"I hope that the Longevity World is truly a backward feudal civilization," Jonas said.

"I understand the Speaker’s concerns," Harryman said. "Do you recall the radiant energy we observed years ago, which resembled the detonation of a small-scale hydrogen bomb? We suspect the country across the sea, which always likes to hide sothing up their sleeve, has already built a frontier base before us. Rember, they mastered mind-sync technology before us. In other words, their exploration of the Longevity World has far surpassed ours. And if even they have managed to explore that world successfully and establish a foothold, why couldn’t we?"

Harryman’s words caused a stir among the influential figures present.

"A frontier base... They’ve gotten that far ahead of us in such a short ti?"

"Short?"

Harryman said, "The appearance of the Longevity World projection above us doesn’t an the Space-ti Channel appears only then; the ergence of the Longevity World projection rely ans the ti of convergence of the two worlds is imminent."

He opened a file and said, "According to so information I’ve received, the channels ford by space-ti disturbances have existed for decades, and even tens of years ago. If soone happened to be in a mind-sync state during that ti and entered into it..."

He paused, "The probability is extrely small, but on Blue Star, anything can happen. If soone happens to be in a mind-sync state when the Space-ti Channel forms, they could entirely enter that world, and like Simon did, bring back news. Hence, their exploration of the Longevity World could be decades ahead of us."

"Decades!? How far behind are we?"

"In these years, the developnt speed of that country has been unbelievably fast, almost as if they were cheating. Could it be because they acquired a completely new system technology from the Longevity World?"

"Our intelligence personnel recently obtained so material data codenad ’Black Gold,’ which is unlike any material on Blue Star... Could it be that..."

The bigwigs exchanged looks, suddenly finding it hard to accept.

The comparison between people is what people fear most.

It’s the sa with nations.

"We have indeed been too cautious. That country’s comprehensive strength is far weaker than ours, yet they’ve managed rapid developnt in that world and established frontier bases. Why can’t we do the sa?"

"Ultimately, the Longevity World is a feudal society. The slow dissemination of information in such a society severely hampers its developnt speed. There might be a few powerful life forms there, but compared to an industrialized society’s flood of steel, electromagnetic cannons, laser cannons, hypersonic weapons, and saturation bombing, what can a few powerful life forms really account for?"

"We need more soldiers to engage in ditation training. Since we are already lagging behind that other country in exploring and developing the Longevity World, our only option is to increase our investnt to close the gap. Also, we need to intensify our investigation into that country to understand exactly how far they have progressed."

In a flurry of discussion, these influential figures, fully representing the will of the Star Shining Federation, swiftly made a decision.

On one hand, they would use the Particle Collider to open a Space-ti Channel, and then enter it using mind-sync technology to gather more information.

On the other hand, they would establish a Spirit Light Platform and select thirty thousand soldiers for ditation training, preparing for a comprehensive entrance into the Longevity World soon.

If that other country could return from the Longevity World with full loads, why not the even stronger Star Shining Federation?

The developnt opportunity represented by the Longevity World must be in the hands of the Star Shining Federation!

The hegemonic status of Blue Star’s Star Shining Federation is unshakeable!

To ensure this, they were willing to wage war against that other country, and even against the Longevity World, if necessary!
