As Kaelin stood there, still reeling from the shock of the blue screen and his new identity, sothing on the bed caught his eye.

A glimr of curiosity tugged at him, and his gaze shifted toward it.

There was sothing lying on the bed

"a smartphone?."

He hesitated for a mont—this seed so... normal.

Too normal. But his instincts took over, and he reached for it, his fingers wrapping around the sleek device.

To his surprise, the screen flickered to life almost imdiately as he touched it, recognizing his face.

'A face lock.'

He blinked, uncertain of what to make of it, but then he swiped it open.

His fingers moved naturally, unlocking app after app with ease.

A slight feeling of unease lingered, but he pushed it aside, focusing on the strange sensation that was building inside him.

He opened one of the apps and found a page that resembled a search engine.

The layout was eerily similar to the Google hopage he had once known in his previous life.

His heart raced as he saw the trending news—videos, articles, and a variety of headlines.

But what stood out the most was the thumbnail of a video, emblazoned with the title:

"Vampire Princess Lumia vs Knight: The Ultimate Duel!"

Kaelin's heart skipped a beat.

"Lumia?"

His mind raced. That na—Vampire Princess Lumia—it sounded so familiar.

'Where did I listen this na'

He frowned, his thoughts swirling as he pieced it together. Wait... He had read about her before.

This is one of the main characters from the novel I've been reading.

His stomach twisted.

'Is this so kind of bizarre coincidence?'

The confusion and disbelief deepened, but his curiosity only grew stronger.

He quickly opened the search bar, typing in the na of the more characters who were from well renowned families....

And just like that, it hit him: the entire world he was in now was the very sa one from the novel he had been reading.

His mind raced, trying to process the impossibility of it all.

How is this possible? His hand trembled slightly as he scrolled, more confused with each word he read.

He had read about the powerful factions in the world, the political intrigue, the coming war—but to be in this world, living and breathing in the sa universe as the characters?

He hadn't finished reading the entire story, and it wasn't even fully published yet.

The plot had still been developing when he had died.

He had followed it passionately, but never once did he imagine it would bleed into his reality.

It was unimaginable.

His thoughts spiraled, and before he could question it any further, the adrenaline surged through him.

The next thing he knew, he was running toward the Mirror, at the other side of this big and luxury room.

The need to see himself was overwhelming.

As Kael stood before the mirror, his mind raced, trying to comprehend everything that had unfolded in the past few monts.

The reflection staring back at him seed both familiar and foreign at the sa ti.

He couldn't help but mutter under his breath.

"Handso... well, so much," as he studied his features closely.

His erald green eyes caught the light, their intensity almost unsettling.

His white hair frad his face in a striking contrast, giving him an ethereal look.

His physique, though toned, seed a little too thin—pale skin stretched across his fra as if he hadn't been properly nourished in quite so ti.

I must have been malnourished... or maybe this is just how my new body looks, he thought, his hand subconsciously brushing through his hair.

Despite the lingering confusion, there was sothing undeniably striking about his appearance.

He didn't look like any character he rembered from the novel.

"Who is this character?" he wondered, his mind struggling to connect the dots.

He couldn't recall anyone resembling himself.

His eyes narrowed as a more troubling thought hit him.

If this is the novel world... and I'm 16 years old, then there's no way I should be at B-rank already.

His heart skipped a beat as he ran through the information from the novel in his mind.

The protagonist of the story, the one everyone knew to be special, had only reached B-rank at the age of 18.

I'm stronger than the protagonist? The realization hit him like a wave. But I don't rember a character like this.

His thoughts were interrupted as his gaze shifted to the part of the screen he had seen earlier—the list of skills and attributes.

It was there, written clearly in his mind: Awakened Elents—Darkness, Lightning, water.

The ntion of Darkness and Lightning made his pulse quicken. Both were incredibly rare and difficult to obtain.

"Most individuals in this world would be lucky to ever master one of the elents, let alone two so hard to awaken."

What is going on? Kael's thoughts were jumbled, swirling faster than he could grasp.

He couldn't shake the feeling that there was sothing majorly wrong about all this.

He was stronger than the protagonist of the novel, sure.

The only reasoning he could make was that

"I am an Extra's ,who is going to die soon"
