There are four people inside the house who haven't moved: one is lying on the ground, another appears to be sitting on a chair with their head tilted to the side, and two more are in the basent. Five people have now co to the door and window, but none of them have made a move; they're waiting for sothing.

Jimmy arrived at the residential area. There were four large rooms placed side by side, with several people gathered in the middle two rooms. Inside, there was a connecting door.

Jimmy didn't burst in directly but hid to one side and shouted, "Listen up inside, drop your weapons and co out with your hands up imdiately."

Perhaps the people inside noticed there was only one person outside and didn't detect anyone else; they suddenly beca bold and fired several shots at the corner where Jimmy was hiding. One person even opened the door and shot sideways toward Jimmy's position.

This was audacious. Just as Jimmy was about to fire, "bang bang bang," gunshots ca from the police car. Hope had already taken out the rifle from the gear bag, set it up on the engine compartnt, and fired several rounds at the person at the door, hitting them directly.

Jimmy darted out and shot several tis at the two already locked positions in the window, then bent over and rolled on the ground, avoiding the window and ca to the door.

Hope's gunfire stopped, and only Jimmy was left in his sight. When Jimmy rolled and stood at the door, he completely blocked Hope's line of fire.

Once at the door, Jimmy didn't hold back. He fired a few shots at the entrance, then rushed in, pounced, and shot upward to hit the person hiding behind the long sofa. Only then did he stand up, kick all the guns away from the people in the room, and then went to the door to shout outside, "Clear, Hope, you can co in."

Hope turned off the police siren, leaving only the hidden police lights, and then ca over with the rifle.

Jimmy tilted his head inside, "Go check if the woman on the ground is the one you're looking for."

Hope entered the room, crouched down to take a look, and sighed, "Yes, it's her."

The woman's body had many gunshot wounds, and a large pool of blood had already ford on the ground. Hope touched her carotid artery and abandoned further confirmation. He reached out, picked up the Glock on the floor, and glanced at the serial number, "It's my gun."

Jimmy: "The person sitting dead on the chair wasn't done by ; she probably shot and killed him. She's quite fierce, shooting twice in the face, almost deforming it completely."

Hope glanced at the scene; only one person was left groaning. Jimmy had indeed been quite ruthless.

Jimmy: "Alright, call the cops to co over. We also need to search to see if anyone else is here."

This area is still on the reservation, so calling the police is just for the reservation police to co over, and an ambulance too, as these people need to be taken to the hospital for doctors to pronounce them dead.

Soon, Jimmy and Hope found the entrance to the basent. After opening the door and checking, the two went down to the basent, and upon seeing the two girls there, Hope suddenly breathed a sigh of relief. Having uncovered such a big case, he had content for his report and just needed to sync statents with Jimmy later.

Jimmy and Hope comforted the two girls, told them to wait there, as the police would soon arrive. Then they went back to the car, picked up the cara they had brought with them, and began photographing and docunting the scene. Simultaneously, Hope also inford the FBI Albuquerque office to send agents and forensic personnel overnight.

The police soon arrived, but it wasn't Cano, soone Jimmy and Hope were familiar with, as he was already off duty. The person on night duty wasn't him.

After verifying Jimmy and Hope's identities, the officer checked the scene, took off his hat, and ruffled his hair. He picked up the phone to notify others to co over, as this wasn't sothing he could handle alone.

Fortunately, the reservation isn't far from Albuquerque. Jimmy and Hope didn't let the police take away the bodies or the evidence here, only taking back two people who still seed salvageable for an attempt at rescue. They weren't confident in saving them, but the rest were beyond hope, waiting for the Albuquerque office people to co and conduct a complete check of the scene.

As for the two girls in the basent, they weren't handed over to the police but would wait for the FBI to take them to a hospital in Albuquerque for examination and to confirm their identities. It's best to keep certain matters in one's control.

Even though it was early morning, this scrapyard was still brightly lit. Five of the ten local reservation police officers ca at once, including Cano, who was coordinating with Jimmy and Hope. Their main task was to block off the outer area of the scrapyard, preventing bystanders from entering and interfering with the investigation.

The rest consisted of FBI agents and staff temporarily dispatched from Albuquerque. Additionally, to ensure the scene wasn't tampered with, the Albuquerque office contacted the New xico State Police, which arranged so patrol cars to stake out nearby.

This was the first ti the reservation encountered such a show of force. Many people, perhaps just trying to join the excitent, contacted friends and family; as Jimmy and others coordinated with the agents handling the scene, the crowd around had already grown.

However, it had nothing to do with Jimmy. They discovered more about the situation at the scene: the basent was quite large, and based on site evaluation, at least five people should have lived there. If including the woman shot above, it indicated that two people were not present.

Cano was also repeatedly questioned by the Albuquerque office agents, trying to find the gang mbers and see if others might have left with soone; however, Cano had little to say. They possibly knew so gangs in the reservation but couldn't sort out everyone's affiliations, even learning that this repair shop was a gang hideout only today, indicating these people likely weren't reservation locals.

The scene investigation lasted quite a while, and finally, they received a call back from the hospital. Out of the two taken there, one had finally completed surgery and was expected to wake up in the morning; the other wasn't as lucky and didn't survive.

Jimmy and Hope could finally return to Albuquerque. After ergency diagnosis and treatnt by hospital doctors, the two girls were confird to have no imdiate issues and could be taken back for questioning.

The two girls were not the ones Jimmy and Hope were looking for. One was a tourist from Europe who was kidnapped and brought here, the other an undocunted immigrant from xico without U.S. citizenship.

Subjected to beatings, threats, and other abuses, they were forced to comply with the gang mbers' arrangents and were sent out as escorts. With constant surveillance, they never had a chance to escape, and any such attempts resulted in beatings and abuse. Previously, a client even disappeared after one of the girls secretly called the police.

These circumstances led to their complete loss of hope, succumbing to the fate of becoming moneymaking tools for the gang.

Although initially bewildered at being rescued, it was only in the hospital they realized they were truly safe. Their emotions ran so high the doctors had to administer sedatives to calm them down before they fell asleep in the hospital beds. When Jimmy and Hope ca for questioning, they finally confessed everything, providing so important clues.

During the months they were held here, several other girls were also brought in; many didn't last long, disappearing shortly after arriving. It can be assud their fate wasn't favorable.

Jimmy and Hope did not interrogate the two girls alone; there were also two agents from the Albuquerque office present. Since the girls weren't Jimmy and Hope's targets, the case leadership temporarily shifted to the Albuquerque office.

After learning all the clues, the agents imdiately arranged for others to interrogate the remaining survivor from the scrapyard, investigating the dead, checking their identities, relationships, residences, and other related assets, hoping to glean more information.

The investigation progressed rapidly. Given that the case was clear-cut, once approved by office higher-ups, all technological thods were employed. The identity of the gang leader shot in the chair was quickly confird, and his residence was located in Albuquerque, where large cash sums and contraband brought significant gains to the Albuquerque office.
