"Arnold, do you still think you’re the once ruling mber of the Simmons family? With that pitiful five percent of the shares in your hand, you don’t even have the qualification to enter this eting room."

As his words fell, the room was filled with shock.

People had just recovered from the shock of Arnold’s "resurrection from the dead," and now they were frightened by the five percent of shares ntioned by Jimmy.

Who could have imagined that Second Young Master Simmons, once high and mighty, manipulating strategies behind the scenes, had no more than five percent of Simmons Clan’s shares in his possession?

From initial shock, people’s gazes gradually turned into disdain and contempt.

After all, when Arnold first ca to power, many did not look favorably upon him, and now, the thought of being defeated by soone who owned only five percent of the shares was even more indigestible.

"If that’s the case, Second Master Simmons, please leave."

Soone seized the opportunity to speak, calling the security from the building, but unexpectedly, no one dared to approach Arnold. Instead, they all stood respectfully behind him.

The atmosphere was strangely eerie.

"I had thought that after a year of experiencing life’s hardships, you might have grown a bit, but it turns out you’re still such a disappointnt to your uncle."

The man’s voice was casual, without a hint of fluctuation, yet it seed to have a pointedness to it, clear and distant, every word landing in Jimmy’s ears, making him feel extrely embarrassed.

"Was my disappearance your doing?"

Arnold chuckled, the contracts in his hand fluttering back onto Jimmy’s desk, one even landing on his lap. "So words shouldn’t be thrown around lightly. Do you need Uncle to remind you how much you spent on hiring a hitman?"

"Arnold!" Jimmy growled, trying to drown out Arnold’s voice. He hadn’t expected that Arnold knew all about it, and even dared to publicly speak of it.

The people around them perceived sothing was off and began to doubt.

After all, the Simmons family’s complicated relations weren’t a matter of a day or two.

Even without Arnold, those collateral branches of the Simmons family wouldn’t have stayed quiet, and the Simmons Clan might not have fallen directly into Jimmy’s hands.

Jimmy took a deep breath, eting Arnold’s gaze, and saw the chill at the bottom of the man’s eyes, forcing himself to maintain a calm voice, "Now, I want you to get out of here imdiately."

This ti, no one dared to pick up Jimmy’s words.

After all, one was the legitimate heir of the Simmons Clan, and the other was the ruling mber of the Simmons family, though he had suffered significant losses from a sche.

But as the saying goes, "a skinny cal is still bigger than a horse," it wasn’t clear who would lose and who would win between the two.

This ti, without waiting for Jimmy to get angry again, soone from behind handed over several contracts.

As Jimmy saw that it was soone from Arnold’s side, his instinct was to brush them off, but he then heard Arnold’s firm and powerful words, "You’d better not refuse."

The man’s words inexplicably carried a compelling force, especially those narrow and cool eyebrows and eyes, exuding an oppressive aura.

The conference room fell silent, with only the rustling sounds of papers rubbing against each other.

The black and white letters on the white paper, in Jimmy’s eyes, seed like needles dipped in poison, pricking his eyes, uncomfortable all over, especially at the heart.

"Arnold, you really dare!"

Taking advantage of his disappearance, Arnold had used his supposed "death" to plunge the Simmons Clan into chaos and the stock price to fall while he himself bought into the company’s shares during that ti.

No wonder, no wonder he dares to show up today.

He had planned this all along.

Now, the shares in Arnold’s hands were only about one point five percent less than Jimmy’s.
