Louis Snyder, feeling the eager gaze beside him, concealed the disdain in his eyes, the smile on his face slightly shy, "Calling you ’sister’ doesn’t feel right. Maybe I should call you ’senior’."

A ’senior’ almost pulled the mask off Hilary Quin’s face.

She even wondered if Louis was doing it on purpose, but his face was unfortunately too deceiving.

Just by looking at him, Hilary lost her temper imdiately and even leaned in closer, "Calling senior is too formal."

As she spoke, she looked as if she were already very familiar with Louis and wanted to affectionately pat his head. But before she could put her hand down, she found herself looking into a pair of unusually deep, icy eyes.

Hilary was startled and almost didn’t manage to stay upright before almost falling down the stairs.

But Louis just stood by and watched coldly without any intention of helping out. Even his smile took on a strange gloom.

As Hilary struggled to find her footing, he spoke, "Senior, if you’re alright, I’m going to leave."

Having said that, he didn’t wait for Hilary’s response and turned away.

Hilary was left alone in the sa spot. She was quite a distance away from the group in front and she saw Louis move next to Hannah.

Unlike his distant behavior with her, she grumpily stomped her foot, "He doesn’t know what’s good for him."

Once they entered the village, the village roads were not very wide. Two little girls with hair buns ran up front, each with a lollipop in hand, happily tasting them.

Hannah and Jas Landon walked together, followed by Matthew Quach.

Matthew’s expression was not pleasant, his icy face maintaining its aloof deanor.

The bad mood was not directed at Jas Landon, who was close to Hannah, but rather at Louis, who was standing next to him.

Matthew found Louis to be more dangerous than even Jas, who was closer to Hannah. Especially since he always had a fake smile on his face.

After taking a few turns, everyone split up to do their own tasks for the day, but Louis still followed Hannah.

Perhaps because of their conversation the night before, since eting him today, Hannah had been rather aloof. Perhaps similar to seeing a stranger that has no connection to her at all.

She never let an unnecessary expression show.

Just like when he had set Hannah up with another man in the past, he used her to benefit himself, never thinking that one day he would fall in love with her.

Louis stepped forward, took the initiative to say, "Sis, give the items to . I’ll help you carry them."

Hannah looked at him, then at the several caran surrounding them.

She didn’t speak, but the aning was clear on her face.

As young idols, or even as young actors, even if they never worked together, as long as they appeared in the sa scene, they all wished they could wear a sign on themselves stating — "I have nothing to do with him(/her)."

Louis understood and smiled while saying, "Sis."

He took the items out of Hannah’s hand, leaned in closer, and said so that only they could hear, "Sis, it’s alright, you’re the most important."

The faint warm breath spread along her neck. Hannah rely smiled and didn’t respond, as if nothing happened.

Louis was a bit disappointed. He turned his head and could see a touch of red hanging from the girl’s earlobe, an astonishingly glaring color that seed to steal all the light from his eyes.

It was a faint floral scent that painted the morning dew, making it increasingly rich and mysterious.
