Thinking about the argunt between those two, he was sowhat worried and chased after them.

Halfway there, he rembered Hannah, who he deliberately left behind, and decided to send her a ssage.

—— Sister, I had to leave first due to so affairs.

On the other side, Hannah just ca out of the washroom when her cell phone started vibrating. She pulled it out to see a rushed ssage from Louis Snyder.

"Who did Louis run into?" Hannah wondered curiously.

Jinlian, barely pulling itself out from Hannah’s pocket, unveiled its ssy head. "Master, I know the answer, but I won’t tell you. Guess for yourself, hehe~"

Jinlian laughed bleakly.

Hannah slightly curved her lips and played with her hair on either side of her face. "Tiffany Lynch?"

With a stunned face, Jinlian asked, "Master, how did you know?"

"Just a guess."

Jinlian: "..."

After saying that, Hannah promptly pushed Jinlian back into her pocket.

Looking up, she bumped right into soone’s arms.

The person’s chest felt as hard as a rock. He carried a faint scent of tobacco, mixed with a cool fragrance. It wasn’t harsh, but it was a bit aggressive.

Hannah held her head, looking up into Arnold Simmons’s eyes.

His single hand tucked in his trouser pocket, he looked down at the girl in front of him. Seeing her holding her forehead, he asked with a faint smile, "Does it hurt?"

Hannah lowered her hand and her feline eyes glistened. Her voice carried a hint of flirtatiousness. "Why? If it hurts, is Mr. Simmons going to rub it for ?"

With that, Hannah squinted her eyes, stood on her tiptoes and moved closer to the man in front of her.

Arnold lowered his eyes, glancing at the girl’s face as delicate as white porcelain and a tad naive. Her cheeks were slightly flushed—

Not from blusher, but from alcohol.

Judging by her sll, she must’ve had hard liquor.

Arnold lightly gripped the cold silver lighter in his pocket, raising his other hand to touch Hannah’s forehead.

The girl’s smile deepened, her eyes tightly shut.

Her lips were moist and shiny, not an ostentatious red but a light pink.

Slling the liquor on her, Arnold suddenly wondered if its sheen was due to a residue of alcohol.

Perhaps sweet wine, or perhaps so strong, choking spirits.

With closed eyes, Hannah seed to sense the chill of the man’s fingertips and the shadow gradually drawing near.

She smirked, but the next second, a "snap" echoed from her forehead.

Closing his fingers together, the man didn’t hesitate to flick her forehead. His voice, as always calm yet carrying a trace of laughter that was hard to spot, "Little girl, it’s better to dream less."

Hannah pouted, holding her forehead which had just been injured again, her face full of reproach as she looked at the man in front of her. "Mr. Simmons, don’t you think you’re being a bit too harsh? Bullying a little girl, doesn’t it make you feel guilty?"

"Little girl?" Arnold raised his eyebrows slightly, his smile barely concealed. "You’re twenty, surely that’s not considered a little girl, right?"

Upon hearing this, Hannah’s face fell, her voice serious. "Mr. Simmons, you obviously don’t understand. Females, no matter how old they are, are always the loveliest girls."

After saying that, Hannah still felt sowhat unfulfilled, so she added, "You’ll never get a girlfriend with that attitude."
