Her eyelashes fluttered, like a small fan, resembling the shape of a crescent moon.

This was the first ti Hayes Edwards saw soone with such long eyelashes; even those eyes looked like stars.

"Do your long eyelashes not poke your eyes?"

He asked instinctively.

Hannah’s smile stiffened at the corners of her mouth, retracted a good part of it, and her voice beca significantly colder. "The rumors about Professor Edwards’ low IQ and EQ seem to be true."

Since his debut, Hayes Edwards had never escaped from negative comnts. His look was flawless, but his performances in variety shows and dramas leave much to be desired.

Hayes Edwards himself didn’t care. Seeing the amused look on Hannah’s face, "Tomorrow, I’m going to your practice room to rehearse with you."

Hannah frowned at him, her eyes full of confusion. "You’re also going to rehearse?"

Seeing that she genuinely didn’t understand, Hayes Edwards elaborated, "During the recording just now, it was said that I would join your group as an invited ntor for this show."

Hannah frozen for a second, then responded, "I didn’t pay attention."

Hayes acted cold, "You are even less professional than ."

Hannah didn’t bother to entertain him, "Do you need anything else? If not, I’ll leave."

Just as she was about to turn away and leave.

Hayes quickly held her back, looking down into the girl’s bright dark eyes. The words he wanted to say got stuck in his throat; he felt inexplicably annoyed, "Nothing, you can go."

Hannah folded her arms and looked at Hayes incredulously, "Are you sick?"

Hays Edwards was stunned at first, then glumly looked at the charming girl in front of him and spat out, "You are the one who’s sick!"

As Hannah was heading towards the dorm alone, she spotted soone waiting at the corner of the stairs.

She decided to ignore it and continued to walk up the staircase, but was stopped after a few steps.

Jake Qualls gazed at the woman before him, his eyes falling on her pure white complexion, as if he was trying to find sothing familiar, but found nothing.

He sighed, his voice seeped in lancholic self-mockery, "Is he good to you?"

Hannah looked up puzzled, "Who are you talking about?"

The man’s throat tightened, his voice hoarse, "Your..."

He couldn’t bring himself to say that ’word,’ was it because he was considerate of her feelings or didn’t want to face the reality?

Hannah didn’t mind though, casually pulling at the hem of her own clothes, her voice carrying a laugh, "My sugar daddy?"

She casually uttered the two words that to Jake seed a taboo.

There was a hint of laughter in her eyes, but it was superficial, not reaching the depths of her eyes.

Jake looked at her firmly, his eyes slightly red as if he was trying to restrain sothing. His voice was hoarse, "Hannah, you don’t have to devalue yourself like this. What you want, I can give you."

He finally spoke his mind.

Firm as a vow.

Hannah looked at him with bewildered eyes, her red lips curved into a slight smile, "Have you misunderstood sothing? I think I’m doing very well now. I’ve found a caring sugar daddy. He’s not a jerk and he’s generous to . Shouldn’t you congratulate ?"

Her words, how lightly she tossed them, were like knives stabbing into Jake’s heart.

He said, "You don’t have to do this. You can tell if you’ve been wronged."

Hannah laughed lightly, "Tell you what? Can you give up your future and associate with a re trainee like ?"
