Reese Shaw was unhappy with the production team’s decision to have Violet Lee and her team up for teaching. She vented her dissatisfaction by publicly announcing Tiffany Lynch for the center position.
She assud no one would object, but Violet Lee, who was usually quiet, stood up to her.
"Whether it’s by performance or overall capability, Hannah Winter is a better choice for the center position."
Reese Shaw didn’t expect Violet Lee to dare rebut her, "What are you implying, Ms. Lee? Are you suggesting that I didn’t choose the right person?"
Violet Lee just smiled, "I rely hope that Ms. Shaw would think it over. The center is the most important presence in the team. The trainees should at least have a say in whom they want."
If the trainees were to make the choice themselves, everyone would naturally support Hannah.
Tiffany Lynch was well aware of this, so she sought Reese Shaw’s support.
But now, with Violet Lee proposing an internal vote, Tiffany Lynch beca restless.
And just then, Hannah tilted her head and whispered into Tiffany Lynch’s ear where only the two of them could hear, "Tsk, what a pity, looks like you’re about to lose the center position."
She did it on purpose.
She never tried to hide her delight in others’ misfortune.
Tiffany Lynch’s face turned pale, seething with rage.
Reese Shaw and Violet Lee argued endlessly. The production team didn’t know what to do — this was the first ti these two had disagreed. Left with no option, they asked both to step down.
The recording was unexpectedly interrupted.
But this part wasn’t cut from the night’s behind-the-scenes clip.
The online comnts were endless.
— Reese Shaw is from a girl band, so I trust her judgnt. I’ve never even heard of Violet Lee.
— Both Reese Shaw and Violet Lee are good teachers. There’s no need to pit one against the other, it’s just a normal discussion.
— If you don’t know who Violet Lee is, please look it up. Even Reese Shaw calls her "teacher," okay?
— A choreographer for top boy and girl bands can’t be compared to a peripheral mber of a girl band. Please, passersby, don’t comnt on professional matters, okay?
— Personally, I think Hannah is more suitable for the center position. But it’s a pity, I wanted to hear sister sing more.
Reese Shaw remained obstinate, not conceding even when the program group has expressed their intention to put Hannah in the center position.
She even spoke of staging a strike.
"Either way, I can just find a replacent!" The producer had been holding back anger for so ti. Now he was fuming. He stord out of the door.
Reese Shaw’s complexion wasn’t too good either, not expecting the producer to be so disrespectful to her.
However, Violet Lee simply sat serenely aside, as usual, trying to coax Reese Shaw, "There is no need to make a big fuss over such a trivial matter, we shouldn’t spoil our good spirits."
Hearing this, Reese Shaw exploded, "Stop pretending to be a saint. I can tell you’re doing this on purpose."
Violet Lee just smiled, "Please calm down, Ms. Shaw. Although there aren’t any caras here, it wouldn’t be a good look if people hear about this."
"So what if they hear?" Reese Shaw said with a cold face, "I’ve been leading the ’Mirror’ group all along. I alone have the right to decide who gets the center spot. Who are you to nullify my decision?"
Violet Lee’s face grew serious, "Ms. Shaw, unless I rember it wrong, I alone choreographed the initial steps for ’Mirror’. When your group covered it, wasn’t I still the ntor?"
She enunciated each word, as if she was letting out all the pent-up frustration from these past few days.
Even Reese Shaw was taken aback by her words.
