Hayes Edwards only saw a fuzzy little head, with two round buns on top.

This hairstyle looked very familiar.

In the next second, a pair of round eyes peeked out from under the window, full of joy and excitent, "Hayes Edwards, I ca to play with you!"

Hayes was first stunned, then silent, and finally irritated, "Who told you to co find ."

Grace Winter tilted her head, "No one told to co, Grace ca by herself."

"Go back to your class."

So people were already looking over, people from inside the class, people from outside too, everyone was quite curious.

Hayes always felt that having Grace Winter tagging along like a little tail was so embarrassing.

He really didn’t want such a silly and easily bullied little sister.

But Grace Winter really liked him and loved following him the most.

"It’s break ti now." Grace didn’t really want to go back, "Hayes Edwards, can’t you co out and play with ."

Hayes kept a cold face, looking very fierce, "Go play by yourself, don’t bother ."

He was really very impatient.

Grace didn’t pester him to co out anymore, she obediently nodded, "Okay then, if you don’t co out, I’ll just chat with you here."

Hayes: "..."

Grace could talk to herself for a long ti.

"Hey, Hayes, is this your little sister?"

A classmate from the next class ca over.

Third graders are a bit taller than first graders. Grace held onto the window railing and turned to look.

It was a very delicate-looking boy, giving the impression of a class monitor.

Hayes spoke, "Not a sister, just a next-door neighbor."

The boy nodded, smiling warmly, like a little gentleman, "I see."

Grace watched him for a while and added, "I went to the sa kindergarten as Hayes Edwards."

The boy acted a bit surprised cooperatively, "Then you must be really close."

"Yeah." Grace smiled with her eyes curved.

The boy thought she was quite obedient and looked cute, "What’s your na?"

"Grace Winter." She smiled and said, "My na is Grace Winter, you can call Grace."

Hayes snorted, opened the book in front of him, and slamd it on the desk, "If you’re going to chat, do it sowhere else, don’t block my light!"

Grace looked and obediently stepped aside.

Actually, at her height, she couldn’t block the light at all; she even had to stand on tiptoes just to show her eyes.

The boy chuckled, didn’t say much more, just said to Grace, "I’ll walk you back to your classroom, which class are you in?"

"I’m in class six, first grade class six."

Then the two of them went downstairs side by side.

"Hayes, what are you looking at?"

Chubby walked over and patted Hayes on the shoulder.

Hayes withdrew his gaze, expressionless, "Nothing."

"Nothing?" Chubby also looked out the window.

Apart from students in uniforms standing in the corridor and on the stairs, there wasn’t anything special.

Chubby shook his head, then thought of sothing, sat down next to Hayes, "I wonder if Grace is getting used to her new class."

"If you’re so curious, go see for yourself." Hayes lazily flipped through the textbook in his hand.

Go see?

Chubby did have this thought, but with most of the ten-minute break gone, by the ti he got down to the first floor, the class bell would probably ring.

"Forget it, I’ll go during the next break."
