There are a few students left discussing going out to play ball together this weekend.
Tessa Thompson packed her backpack bulgingly, determined to imrse herself in a sea of problems this weekend, "Hannah, let’s go."
Hannah glanced at the pile of papers on Arnold Simmons’ desk, looking like a small hill, nodded her head, and left the classroom with Tessa Thompson.
The two had just reached the bottom of the academic building when Hannah suddenly stopped, "I rembered I still have sothing to pick up."
Tessa Thompson also stopped, looking at her, "Should I go back with you to pick it up?"
Hannah shook her head, "No need, I’ll just go for a mont, you wait here for ."
"Okay, then I’ll go buy a drink." Tessa Thompson said.
At the stairwell on both sides of the first floor, there are vending machines, containing various common drinks on the market.
Hannah returned quickly, and when she ca back, Tessa Thompson was cooling her face with two chilled drinks.
Although it was already October, the weather was still very hot, with no signs of cooling down. The classroom also had no air conditioning, just relying on four large fans spinning above their heads.
It didn’t feel cool, instead it made people feel stifled, especially when facing so many test papers.
Tessa Thompson handed Hannah a drink and a straw, then opened her own drink, took a sip, and felt a sense of relief, "It’s really too hot today. I heard that next month the school sports eting will be held, but I don’t know if we seniors will be able to participate."
The school sports eting is a tradition of the school, usually scheduled at the end of September, but last month was continuously rainy, drizzling nearly half the month, so the sports eting was thus cancelled.
"At that ti everyone was still worried about whether the sports eting would be held. But last night, Joe Taylor sent a ssage in the class group, saying he saw the registration form for the sports eting on the student council’s computer, guessing it is definitely happening."
Talking about it, Tessa Thompson was quite excited.
Hannah also showed so interest, "Did the seniors participate in past sports etings?"
"They used to, but I’m not sure about now." Tessa Thompson appeared sowhat uncertain, "The school always says our cohort has expanded enrollnt, the competitive pressure is especially great, it’s best to focus more on studying usually."
However, if we can’t participate at that ti, the senior students would definitely make a fuss.
After all, counting the ti, this would be their last sports eting in high school. If they don’t participate this year, it will be even more impossible to participate in other activities next year.
"Does our school have many activities?" Hannah is not very familiar with these.
Tessa Thompson excitedly introduced to her, "Sports eting, art festival, science festival, top ten campus singers, right, there used to be a spring outing and autumn outing as well, but those were cancelled last year due to an incident at a school, now it’s been changed to visits to the nearby botanical garden."
Their school is one of Hai City’s key high schools, ranking among the top, but in terms of arranging extracurricular lives and activities, it is quite abundant.
"I rember when we were in freshman year, the principal organized a live action fight for us at school, even students from the vocational school next door ca to watch, though they could only stand outside the fence."
Speaking of this, Tessa Thompson just couldn’t stop talking, practically wishing she could grab Hannah and talk for a day and a night.
Back then, the school was indeed very lively, with various activities blooming, and the school’s societies were diverse in nature.
Every year when new students arrive, the school specifically organizes a society festival.
