This was the relationship that Hayes had newly defined for himself and Roy Yarn.
But in truth, Hayes was only two months younger than Roy Yarn.
Roy Yarn felt helpless and unable to retort, so he chose silence.
Hayes then turned to ask Jas Landon, his voice as if he had just cried his heart out, "Mr. Landon, do you really think my singing is that bad?"
Jas Landon looked up and bluntly comnted, "Hmm, it’s terrible."
After a pause, he added, "Worse than a chicken being killed."
Hayes was stunned, and then burst into tears.
Just as Hannah walked by, he imdiately released Roy Yarn’s hand and flung himself onto her leg, hugging it tightly.
