The sky was still a piece of grey monotony as if one could touch it by simply reaching out.
Hannah glanced at it only once before bending down to change her shoes.
Even though there were no announcents for today, she still wanted to dress up beautifully at ho.

Golden Lotus only had a coat of fur and didn’t understand how to dress up; its only job was to offer complints.

It wagged its tail, showing an unusual amount of enthusiasm.
Hannah reached out and rubbed its head, liking the feel, "Good boy, later I’ll let Big Round share so of his dog food with you."
Big Round was a stray dog taken in by the family’s chef.

When it was first picked up, it was just a little thing, filthy and with eyes that hadn’t yet opened, only holding on to a single breath of life.
But fortunately, it liked to eat and drink, and didn’t have any serious health issues.
Originally, the chef had planned to send Big Round away, but Hannah happened to see it and found it quite cute, a round little thing, so she decided to keep it.
Big Round was smart; it knew that the person who ultimately decided to keep it was Hannah and would often nuzzle up to her when it had the chance, occasionally bringing her little gifts.
First, it was a small bird with a broken wing—Hannah had no idea where it got it. After she healed its wing, she released the bird.
Afterward, the gifts Big Round brought beca dried tree leaves or unidentified wildflowers.
Hannah collected them all in a glass jar.
Big Round also liked Golden Lotus very much, especially after realizing that the house servants were unaware of Golden Lotus’s existence.
It treated Golden Lotus as if it were a mysterious good friend, slathering its face with drool every ti they t.
Golden Lotus didn’t like it.
Not one bit—the larger than life, still-breathing version of itself.
In contrast, it thought the giant Husky doll Hannah had before was much cuter.
But that doll was now Big Round’s exclusive possession.
"Master, I don’t eat dog food," Golden Lotus said resentfully.
Although it looked like a dog, that wasn’t its true nature.
Hannah was picking out lipstick and didn’t look at it, saying casually, "Then what do you like?"
Golden Lotus’s eyes widened, "I like steak."
Hannah asked it, "Do you need so red wine with that?"
Golden Lotus thought the suggestion wasn’t bad and said, "If you would give it to , master, I wouldn’t mind."
It snickered.
Looking down at it, Hannah capped her lipstick and tapped its head lightly with it, laughing, "Your tone sounds like that of a player."
Golden Lotus tilted its head, not understanding.
Hannah explained, "Clearly very eager yet pretending to be reluctant."
Even after finally nodding in agreent, it seed like one was giving charity to another.
Of course, the adorable Golden Lotus did not possess such traits.
But before it could speak again, a servant ca knocking at the door.
Hannah said co in, and Golden Lotus imdiately lay down on the table, feigning death.
It was just a cute, non-shedding doll.
The servant had co to ask if Hannah wanted to eat lunch now.
From breakfast till lunch, Hannah had slept almost three hours more than usual.
Nightly activities indeed consud a lot of energy.
No sooner had Hannah co downstairs than Big Round, just back from a walk with the servant, was eager to rush towards her.
The forrly frail little Husky picked up back then had now grown into a "vast" fluffy being—if not for its silly grinning face, it could really scare a child to tears in a minute.
Big Round, weighing over twenty kilograms and in an excited state, couldn’t be held back by the servant.
