The agent’s tone was already rather polite.

Due to Tiffany Lynch’s self-destructive popularity with the general public, which had plumted into the negatives, most people were mocking her for overestimating herself and trying to rub shoulders on the red carpet.
If it were just a few jokes, the agent would have thought nothing of it.
