Chapter 12: Arrogance and Ferocity

“Kneel! Do you want to repeat myself a third ti?” the middle-aged man shouted.
Xin Yanyan’s extrely beautiful face turned pale. She clenched her teeth and trembled. “Daddy, I am your only daughter and the princess of Cloud Sky City. You want to kneel before a Mao Li wild man?”
(TL Note: Xin Yan is Xin Wuya’s foster son. Xin Yanyan is Xin Wuya’s blood daughter. They are two completely different people.)

“No!” Xin Yanyan held in her tears as she said, “Daddy, I can kneel for you or mother, but I can never kneel for anyone else.”
“I can apologize. I can admit my wrongdoings. But, I will never kneel.” Xin Yanyan pulled out a unique fiery-red dagger and placed it against her snow-white jade-like neck. “If you insist on making kneel before him, I will die right in front of you.”
“Daddy, I can admit my wrongdoings. I can apologize. But, I will never kneel!” Xin Yanyan said while trembling. Then, she pushed the sharp dagger closer against her neck, piercing her skin. Blood started flowing down her snow-white neck.
The middle-aged man trembled, clenched his fists, and stared at his own daughter. Looking at the red blood dripping down, his face twitched. This was the daughter that he loved most. She was his sweetheart.
Xin Yanyan bowed towards Yang Dingtian and said, “Sorry, I was wrong, I shouldn’t have tried to forcefully buy your accessory. I shouldn’t have hurt you. Please forgive !”
The middle-aged man looked at his beloved daughter and then looked at Yang Dingtian.
“Aihh.....” The middle-aged man sighed. He turned to Yang Dingtian and bowed towards him.
“Sorry, young man. I, Xin Wuya, hadn’t been strict enough with her education. My heart is also not hard enough. I couldn’t bear to see my daughter’s blood drip all over the place and didn’t manage to force her to kneel. I hereby apologize to you and hope you can forgive my daughter’s wrongdoings!”

Xin Wuya sighed and touched his daughter’s soft hair. “Yanyan, how long has it been since you last cried?”
Xin Yanyan replied, “I haven’t cried since that incident when I was 15.”
This little princess of Cloud Sky City was demanding, arrogant, and tough. She normally never lowered her head and never cried, but today, she cried loudly because her dad had to bow for her. Although she was aware that it was all her fault and that she shouldn’t bla Yang Dingtian, she couldn’t suppress the hatred in her heart.
“Where is that thing?” Xin Wuya reached out his hand.
Xin Yanyan procured the fla accessory from her sleeves and looked at it with reluctance and hatred. She then obediently placed it in her father’s hand.
“You can stand up now!” Xin Wuya declared, “You must keep in mind what happened today, and remind yourself of it whenever you do anything else in the future. Think more about your father and control your temper. Think twice before doing anything!”
“Yes! I know,” said Xin Yanyan with her head lowered.
“One more thing. Don’t hate this young man,” Xin Wuya ordered.
Xin Yanyan clenched her teeth and said, “Daddy, I can’t stop my heart from hating him, but I will not take revenge, will not go against him on purpose, and will not harm him even in the future. I will not care about him, will not touch him, will not even look at him.
Towards the end of her promise, Xin Yanyan could no longer suppress her hatred.
Xin Wuya frown and waved his hand. “You can leave now...”
Xin Yanyan gave Yang Dingtian a cold glare and left.

“Young man, your accessory.” Xin Wuya returned the fla accessory to Yang Dingtian.
Yang Dingtian took it and hung it back around his neck. “Mr. Xin, I’m very sorry. If it were anything else, I wouldn’t have minded giving it to Ms. Xin. However, this fla accessory was given to by a close elder of mine. It is extrely important to .”
“I know. Even though it is sothing insignificant, others still shouldn’t forcefully snatch it from you,” Xin Wuya replied.
“Oh yes! Young man, where are you headed? If your destination is different from mine, I can get a boat to send you where you need to go.”
Only then did Yang Dingtian notice that the room felt a little shaky. “Are we on the sea right now?”
Xin Wuya nodded. “Yes.”
“I’m headed to the East Cloud Province. Is it far from here?” Yang Dingtian asked.
“East Cloud Province?” asked Xin Wuya. “Headed to the Yin Yang Sect?”
Yang Dingtian was stunned.
“Sorry, I didn’t intend to invade your privacy,” Xin Wuya explained. “But, my destination is also the Yin Yang Sect. If you are headed there, we can go together!”
“Can there be such a coincidence?” Yang Dingtian began to get suspicious again and subconsciously gripped the fla accessory more tightly. “Could this gentleman have been acting all along? Does he have any ulterior motives? Or could he have already discovered the secret of my fla accessory?”
Xin Wuya glanced at Yang Dingtian with an all-knowing gaze. He smiled and assured him, “Don’t worry, young man. If you are not willing to, I can get you a boat and send you to East Cloud Province alone.”
Yang Dingtian felt embarrassed, smiled, and replied, “No thanks, Mr. Xin. I’ll just trouble you to bring along.”
“You’re welco. Bring you along is sothing I should do.” Xin Wuya continued, “There doesn’t seem to be any problems with your body now. I will get soone to send you food later. I’ll get going now and will visit you again tomorrow.”
After he finished speaking, Xin Wuya walked towards the door.
Yang Dingtian quickly got out of bed to send him off.
“Stop. There are lots of books in this place. Feel free to read so to kill ti.” Xin Wuya turned around and added, “When you beco bored, you can grab so fresh air out on the boat and look at the huge sea.”
Then, Xin Wuya left.
Around ten minutes later, a pretty maid brought him so food. The food was extrely delectable and delicious. Yang Dingtian was so happy that he ate until he nearly swallowed his tongue. The pretty maid gave him the cold shoulder.
Although the maid did not say anything rude, her face was filled with hostility. She presumably had a good relationship with Xin Yanyan and thus, regarded him as a common enemy.
“So comfortable!” Yang Dingtian rubbed his belly. He hadn’t had any real food for more than a year. It was truly pitiful!
“Hng....” At this ti, the handso maid could no longer suppress the anger in her heart. She let out a cold sigh, cleared the cutlery, and left. She also slamd the door on her way out to express her anger towards Yang Dingtian.

On the second day, when Yang Dingtian woke up, he decided to go out on deck to look at the sea, to see if it was different from those on Earth.
The ship was huge. It took Yang Dingtian several minutes to walk from the room to the deck. He encountered many people along the way, all of whom seed hostile towards him. If they weren’t hostile, then they were at least cold and avoided him.
“Hmm, he is just a wild man. Why did master treat him so well? Not only did he consu a lot of Xuan energy to heal his wounds, but he also wasted a lot of Xuan Bing Yu substance on him, enough to exchange for several hundred wild man slaves.” So of the warriors in the boat thought that Yang Dingtian was just a wild man who couldn’t understand their language. Yang Dingtian ignored what they said and walked straight to the deck. He soon slled a cool and damp sea breeze and heard the sound of the waves.
The sea here didn’t look much different from Earth’s. It was vast, and the sea water was still blue. There were also sea birds and plentiful fish.
The ship was made of wood and was much larger than similar ancient wooden ships built historically on Earth. It was also elegant, long, and slender.
One could see a fiery red seductive back at the head of the ship. It was Xin Yanyan. Only she would wear such thin clothing, and only she had such full and attractive body curves.
Although she changed her dress today, it was still red, thin, and silky.
The sea breeze was so strong that it pressed the red dress tightly around her amazingly plump body, accentuating the curves and increasing her allure. The peaks on her chest were even more shocking. This girl was full of wildness. She didn’t care that her seductive curves were seen by others. She was like a fla that stoked a man’s heart and desires no matter where she went.
“I just want to be alone. No matter who are you, hurry and get out of my sight.” Feeling the footsteps behind, Xin Yanyan spoke impolitely.
Yang Dingtian did not bother her but went right to the front, leaned over the wooden railing and looked down. He watched the ocean waves and the fish that leaped up from ti to ti.
When Xin Yanyan realized that it was Yang Dingtian, the fake wild man, her beautiful eyebrows scrunched in displeasure. She subconsciously held her breath, acting as if she couldn’t even share the sa air with the man who was only 2 ters away.
“Go away. Don’t co near ,” Xin Yanyan said coldly.
Yang Dingtian did not bother with her. He just continued looking at the fish in the sea.
Xin Yanyan got angry, clenched her fist, and was about to punch him. However, she thought of her father’s anger and couldn’t help but hold it in. “If you are not leaving, then I’ll leave!”
