"I’ll take the chamomile scented soap, alright? Tell them to pick what they want, but if they don’t like the scents of these soaps, tell ." Coco said, putting the soap inside the woven bag and grabbed it.

"I’ll buy sothing else if you don’t fancy the scents." Coco humd out and walked towards the door, "Apply the essential oils after every bath and drink the tea as well, okay? I’ll co back tomorrow morning to drop off sothing to cook."

"What?!" Lala shrieked and flew over to Coco’s shoulder, "We just agreed that you won’t stay here, but now you’ll buy them food for tomorrow, too?!"

"Yes, Lala." Coco said and laughed quietly, "You should stop forgetting that they are still my spouses so of course, as the alpha, I need to take care of them."

"Alpha?" Lala’s face twisted into a confused expression, "What’s that?"

"It ans that I’m the man of the house." Coco huffed out and puffed her chest out, "Since in the man of the house and the alpha of the pack, I take care of my ogas—"

"Stop blabbering and get out." Zaque’s cuts off Coco’s conversation with the garden fairy sharply, a frown on his face as he shot Coco a frustrated and irritated look.

"Sorry." Coco apologized and quickly walked out of the door, gripping the bag tighter and walking briskly towards Red Horse Inn.

"He’s really rude!" Lala exclaid, her wings flapping rapidly behind her as she matched Coco’s pace, "After you brought ho those pork, soaps, teas, and essential oils for them, he was still rude and an! He didn’t even say thank you! What kind of person is he?!"

"Lala, you have to understand that he was a victim of abuse." Coco sighed out and shook her head, "My mother was a victim, too, so I can’t really get mad at Coco Hughes’s husbands for reacting the way they did."

The fairy let out a quiet startled gasp, not expecting for her human to suddenly drop her story just like that.

"Wait, no! Don’t say anything about yourself yet and let’s go eat!" Lala stopped Coco from spilling more information about herself and started flying around Coco.

"I want you to tell about your life while we’re eating snacks and sitting on your bed— you know! Like a sleepover!" Lala said, her voice dripping with urgency while frantically waving her arms in the air.

Coco smiled softly and let a giggle go past her lips, "Alright, I guess I’ll hurry my ass up then?"

The black haired woman picked up the pace, walking quickly through the bustling and sohow crowded street, her mind focused on getting to Red Horse Inn to accept Lala’s request for a sleepover.

As Coco turned a corner, she suddenly bumped into sothing solid and warm, the impact caught her off guard, and halted her step forward causing her to stumble backwards, almost losing her balance.

"Kyaa! Coco!" Lala cried out, panic dripping from her voice as she fly around Coco’s head, "Are you okay? Are you good? Are you hurt?"

She let out a groan, rubbing her face to get rid of the itchy sting on her nose, she must have bumped into soone the mont she turned a corner, not expecting anyone to be there then bam!

"Where are you going?" A soft and masculine voice reached Coco’s ears, making goosebumps rise in the back of her neck and arms.

She looked up, blinking in surprise, to find herself face to face with a familiar tall and beautiful blue haired man, his hands firmly holding her steady.

Realizing that she had just run into the fourth husband’s chest, she deliberately took a step back, her heart racing slightly with surprise.

"Hey! Let go of Coco!" The garden fairy screeched, screaming on the top of her lungs and kicking the fourth husband’s hand.

Coco’s eyes widened a little when she saw the man towering over her was looking down on her, his eyebrows furrowed in either disdain or shock, she had no idea, but it was clear that he was disgusted that he caught her by the way he wiped his hands on his pants.

Coco could still feel his body heat and how his chest felt solid and muscular when she bumped into him, and the way the fabric of his shirt stretched taut over his chest— she just knew that he could be one of the heart throbs in the village.

For a mont, she was lost for words, her thoughts scattering like leaves in the wind, making her mind blank.

Coco knew this already, but coming face to face with the fourth husband really made her feel small.

Especially when the man in question was taller than the rest of the husbands and was particularly imposing because of his unexplainable muscles, his broad shoulders filling her view, and a toned arm crossed over his chest.

It was weird how the fourth husband can be toned and muscular, but has a snatched and slender waist— looking at things makes Coco envious of his figure.

Feeling bitter and sour, Coco’s mood took a drastic turn, causing her to return fourth husband’s petty behavior. She wiped her face with the collar of her top, staring straight into Quizen’s eyes.

The fourth husband frowned, his eyebrows furrowed in confusion and opened his mouth to say sothing, and seeing that, Coco held her head up and turned away from him, walking past him.

"Good job, Coco!" Lala squealed in delight and praised her human friend, "I didn’t know you have it in you!"

"He annoyed ." Coco grumbled, picking up her pace as she made a beeline towards the Red Horse Inn, her mood completely ruined.

Is she jealous because Coco Hughes’s husband looks more beautiful than her? Yes. Is she bitter because despite not having a skin care routine, his face looks as soft as a baby’s butt? Yes.

Will she continue feeling bitter about it? ABSOLUTELY.
