I stayed silent, watching her closely. It was obvious she was hesitating, keeping sothing to herself.

"I've been thinking about it. Zayen bound you with an oath, but it's not working, is it? So, your ability cancels out her power, too?"

"So, you already knew she wasn't really your mother?" She replied with a knowing look. "That woman is cunning, you know. I would never let that woman control my life," she added.

"I can't deny that, but I really need your power. So, how about you just cooperate?"

"So I really can't convince you?" She sighed, her tone disappointed.

"Don't be too hard on yourself. I'm a pretty stubborn and self-centered person. It would be a miracle if you could actually do that," I replied with a chuckle.

"I'm not letting you have my powers," she said coldly, making it clear she wasn't going to let have my way easily.

"You don't really have a choice," I shook my head, then wasted no ti using my telekinesis to hold her.

But what ca next surprised – her body suddenly transford into a swarm of butterflies and reassembled itself on the other side of the room.

Realizing I couldn't let her control the battle, I teleported her toward and unleashed my Mind Shock, hoping it would work. But once again, she transford into a swarm of butterflies and escaped, proving she was really powerful.

Despite the setback, I remained calm, my mind clear and focused. Knowing I still had my reset, I stayed calm, not worried about being taken down in one hit.

"Do you really want to fight here? Do you know how many people will get hurt if I go all out?" I taunted her with a threatening voice.

"That's exactly why I chose to confront you here. I know you won't risk drawing too much attention," she replied .

"Are you sure?" a grin spread across my face. "I've had enough of this nonsense. I'll obliterate this entire place... Aegis," I declared, and suddenly, my blue aura surged forth.

"No!" she shouted. Then, pink butterflies erupted from within her, filling the room in an instant. Suddenly, I found myself transported to a place filled with Sakura trees.

The new environnt enveloped like a dream. I found myself standing amidst a serene grove of Sakura trees, their delicate pink blossoms fluttering gently in the breeze.

The air was filled with the sweet fragrance of cherry blossoms, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and peace. Soft sunlight filtered through the branches, casting dappled patterns of light and shadow on the ground below.

But despite the peaceful appearance of this place , my instincts were screaming at to run and be cautious. It felt like this serene scene was hiding sothing dangerous.

Even when facing Zely, I never felt this danger. This realization made it clear just how dangerous my situation had beco.

Nevertheless, I had to maintain a composed facade and act as if this threat didn't faze .

"Interesting, what is this place?" I asked, surveying the surroundings. Despite the sudden change in location, I could still feel my connection with my other puppets, reassuring that I was still within their range.

"I won't tell you," she replied coldly, now standing farther away from . It was clear we weren't in her room anymore. She must have either expanded its range or done sothing else.

"I'll just destroy this place then. Don't bla if I end up destroying the entire stadium. Tens of thousands of people will die just because you're playing hard to get. Are you sure I'm the villain here and not you?" I grinned at her, attempting to break through her ntal defenses.

"Stop spouting nonsense!" she berated , her patience finally wearing thin as my words triggered her.

"If you destroy this place, you'll die along with !" she threatened, her voice filled with frustration.

"This can't kill ," I retorted confidently.

"Maybe not, but it could kill . Then you could say goodbye to getting my powers," she responded, her tone tinged with a hint of defiance.

I stopped, thinking about her words. It wouldn't be good for if she died. It was ti to change my plan.

"I don't want to cause you harm." I explained, hoping to reason with her.

"You just attack ," she sneered in contempt.

"It's my fault. I was impulsive because I just need your powers to keep everyone I love safe, including you, " I admitted, taking full responsibility for my actions.

"Stop lying, you're the most self-centered person in the world, you just told that a few minutes ago!" she retorted, her frustration evident in her voice.

"I was just acting though," I scratched my head, trying to appear regretful.

She narrowed her eyes at . "Don't underestimate . I'm not gonna fall for your lies,"

This situation got really complicated. She was using herself as a hostage now, leaving stuck with no good options. But at the sa ti, I could sense she didn't really want to kill .

"What can I do to earn your trust? I'm willing to do whatever it takes," I asked, trying to break through her defenses with straightforward words.

She didn't respond right away. Instead, she looked at , taking a mont to contemplate her answer.

"Promise you'll change the future," she replied.

"In what way?" I inquired, curious about the specifics of her request.

She hesitated for a mont, as if deliberating how best to express her thoughts.

"Change it in a way that prevents the destruction I saw. Make choices that lead to a better outco for everyone," she explained, her voice tinged with worry.

'She's really serious,' I muttered to myself, acknowledging the weight of her request. I could just give her empty promises, but it would be too suspicious if I simply agreed with her.

"Can you tell more about this future, first?" I replied, feigning interest in negotiating with her before making any commitnts.
