Tokyo Do looms large before , alive with the pulsating energy of a concert in full swing.
The air was filled with excitent as throngs of people flood the area, their faces lit up with anticipation.
Everywhere I look, Sung Hei banners and pictures adorn the surroundings, a testant to the devotion of the fans.
Vendors filled the bustling streets, their voices blending with the roar of the crowd.
They didn't have to try too hard, though. Sung Hei's rchandise was selling like crazy. With every passing minute, more people stopped by to check out what they had to offer. T-shirts, mugs, posters – you na it, they had it, and people couldn't get enough.
As custors sward around the vendors, eager to get their hands on Sung Hei's rch, the sellers found themselves caught up in a whirlwind of activity.
They waved banners, and did whatever they could to attract attention. And it worked. Sung Hei's stuff was flying off the shelves faster than they could restock them.
'Zayen said that her power is related to bending reality, so how powerful is she? And what's her limitation now?' I mused to myself. I grasped the general concept of her power, but it's been eight years since then, and she must have developed it to an extrely terrifying level by now.
When she was a kid, she could only affect herself, aning she could manifest anything as long as it only affected her.
For example, she could fly if she declared she had the ability to fly, or she could be immune to bullets if she simply said so. It was as if her words held a power of their own, bending reality to her will.
However, she couldn't utter sothing so exaggerated or beyond her power, or it would drain her energy and cause her to lose consciousness.
Another limitation to her power was her Mind Power, once depleted, all her abilities would return to normal. Additionally, she couldn't just claim to have unlimited power.
In a way, she could be said to have her own system, or rather, it might be more accurate to say that her power and my system were almost the sa.
For instance, while she could manifest power through her words, in my case, my system could also grant abilities, but with a key difference: mine were permanent.
Moreover, I found that I could enhance my Mind Power through these abilities, harnessing them to achieve greater feats.
To be honest, I was wary of her power. Bending reality with her words was overpowered; it essentially ant her power was godlike.
I didn't want to be overly confident and end up like those guys in the movie who underestimated Scarlet and ended up dead. For all I knew, she could now affect others too.
"Where's your ticket?" The guard ask .
"I'm a backup dancer," I used my suggestion and gained access to the backstage.
It felt like deja vu. I rembered doing the sa thing in Korea, but this ti there were more people around, so even wearing unique fan the uniforms, Japanese really know how to support their idols.
I wasted no ti and walked directly towards her room, confident she was preparing there.
With my Mind Link, I didn't have to speak to everyone to take control of the place; I simply set up one link, and like a virus, they started talking and connecting to one another, giving an easy route.
KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK
"It's open," Sung Hei's voice echoed from the other side, and I turned the knob to find her alone.
"Are you expecting ?" I asked, noticing how prepared she looked.
"I thought I could change the future, but it seems I don't have that power," she sighed, her beautiful eyes locking onto mine.
"How about you just serve ? You can still continue your life; I only want your power," I proposed, offering Sung Hei an option. Unlike the others, she was more independent and headstrong.
Sung Hei's expression hardened, her gaze unwavering. "Serve you? You think you can just take my power and life? " Her voice carried a hint of defiance.
"Take your power? I'm just copying them," I asked in confusion, puzzled by Sung Hei's cryptic statent. It seed she knew sothing that I did not.
"So you still don't realize it yet," Sung Hei sighed, her tone tinged with resignation.
"What do you know?" I pressed, sensing there was more to her words than t the eye.
She hesitated, then spoke softly, "I've seen the consequences of abusing power firsthand. It's a dangerous path, one that can lead to your own destruction."
Her words struck a chord within , resonating with the doubts that had been lingering in the back of my mind. "Are you saying I'm making a mistake?"
"I saw the future!" Sung Hei declared, her voice ringing with conviction.
"And what did you see?"
"Blood, chaos, you becoming a god, but in the end, you will regret all of this," Sung Hei explained, her voice filled with pain.
"Oh, so you use your power to alter reality to grant yourself the ability to see the future, huh?" I mused, touching my chin in contemplation. It wasn't that hard to believe, considering Zayen could do it.
"So what if you do? Why do you care if I regret it in the end?" I asked, giving a cold stare.
She was stunned by my words, wanting to protest but unable to. Fear gripped her; she was afraid of . If she could see the future, then she knew that what she was doing right now was futile.
I couldn't really bla her; she was still young, after all. Maybe she didn't want to see bloodshed, maybe she desired a peaceful life. However, I am my own person, and whatever happens, I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
"You will suffer," she insisted, her voice wavering. "I can't let you experience all of that... Please, stop this now. Maybe you can still..." She wanted to say sothing more, but ultimately stopped.
