War council and Black market
//Around an hour after Tsunade left with Usagi
Hiruzen read the contents of the scroll with a grim expression on his face. He was hoping that the hidden stone would take a few more days before officially declaring the war on the hidden leaf. But reality isn't always good.
"Summon Jonin commander and all the elite jounins. Tell Jiraiya to send a shadow clone in his stead. Summon the elders too. We are having a war council eting in an hour." Hiruzen didn't even bother calling his Anbu guards from the shadows. He just ordered them and all of them vanished to fulfill that order.
He imdiately wrote an official letter to the Daimyo of the land of Fire before sending it to the carrier departnt to take it to the fire capital as fast as possible. The reason behind the third great shinobi war was simple. At the end of the second great shinobi war, when the hidden water and the Hidden stone lost their kages to each other, the hidden leaf had taken that chance to push forward and gain a quick victory. Back then the terror of the Hanzo, the salamander, kept the new third Tsuchikage, Onoki from recklessly attacking the land of fire with a buffer zone like the hidden rain in between them. But now things have changed. The hidden stone has been preparing for war since the last decade. According to the Intel from their spies in the land of Earth, the earth Daimyo was pushing them to acquire the fertile lands of the land of Fire. On top of that, despite the hidden mist killing the second tsuchikage, it was the hidden leaf that dealt the heavy blow to the forces of the hidden stone. So their Ninjas were already eager to go to war against the leaf. But that was not the only problem. There is also the impossibility of the alliance between the hidden stone and the hidden sand. Considering currently the hidden stone has more number of Jonins than the hidden leaf and hidden cloud combined, Onoki was very confident in waging war at different fronts and still ca at the top.
While thinking about how to deal with this situation, Hiruzen finished his other letters to the different important nobles in the land of Fire before finally heading towards the eting room.
The eting room is already filled with village elders, clan heads and Elite jounins. Since Orochimaru was already in the frontline, Jiraiya's Shadow clone and Tsunade were already there.
"As you all know, this is a war council eting. The hidden stone village has finally declared war on us. There will be no more skirmishes on the border. Now it is a full blown war." Hiruzen paused for a mont to let everyone adjust to the new news. No one showed a surprised face. Everyone already knew that the war might break out at any mont. After gazing at everyone's reaction, Hiruzen continued speaking.
For new we have only the hidden stone village declaring War on us. Orochimaru is currently the commander of the Iwa front. That includes our border to the land of grass and the land of forest. We have already deployed 1000 shinobi under him. But it will not be enough.
I have already prepared another thousand shinobi to go to the frontline. Our rear logistic base is also ready. Now, if any of the clan is interested in participating in this upcoming operation please co forward." Hiruzen told everyone, eyeing the clan head.
Among the shinobi clan heads, Yamanaka clan, Nara clan, Akimichi clan, Abura clan and Inuzuka clan ca forward. These Clans were the supporters of the hokage faction. While they might not be as strong as Uchiha or Hyuga, they have definitely more survival chances than those two Clans.
Hiruzen was pleased to see the volunteering clan heads.
The eting continued as Hiruzen picked up shinobi from different Clans with strategic uses assigned them to their specific tasks. Finally after the frontline army was ready, Hiruzen then officially assigned Tsunade as the commander of the rear logistic base. Usagi beca the deputy commander. Apart from Usagi, Hiruzen assigned three Jonins, 18 Chunins and 60 genins under Tsunade's command to keep the supply chain safe.
Apart from assigning shinobi to different tasks, Hiruzen discussed many other matters.
By the ti the eting ended the sun had already set.

I was not expecting to get so busy today. Originally I had planned to go out on a B mission while using this chance to collect the gold and silver from the black market.
But due to the call from Hiruzen, I couldn't do it myself. So I had to use a shadow clone to collect the materials. While returning to my apartnt after the council eting, I received the mories of my shadow clone who had already delivered the materials in my apartnt.
It was my first visit to the black market. So I studied the mories of the shadow clone carefully.
I have been in contact with a black market broker since last year. But it was my first ti going to that place. It was situated in the old fire capital, where the Daimyo used to live during the warring era.
I reached my apartnt while analysing all the mories. The route my shadow clone had taken to reach the black market, the prices of different materials and the involvent of the local nobles, all of the mories were analysed.
Finally after reaching my apartnt I sealed it completely. Then make a pair of shadows to make food and prepare hot water for , I want to check the contents of the scroll.
*Poof* with a cloud of smoke to boxes appeared from the storage scroll.
Opening the bigger box I found bars of silver stacked one on another inside the box. The second box was filled with gold bars.
Without hesitation I activated my mangekyou sharingan.
"Predator..."
The familiar cool sensation enveloped my body as the usual slimy fluid ca out of my hands. Instant both silver and gold disappeared completely from my views.
After that I went to another box and took out its contents. It was filled with copper coins. After adding that into my stomach I went to my fuinjutsu supplies and added a few more scrolls and Chakra ink into my stomach.
'Great Sage ! I have already given you everything. Now optimize the design of my weapon and create it for .'

Looking at the sword in my hands I swung it a few tis. The design of the sword was inspired by European short swords. The design of its handle and its guard was a little different, ideal for both single and double handed use. The Blade itself was silver in colour while the hilt was rose gold in colour.
I was satisfied with both looks and usability of the sword. After sleeping safely in my stomach, I deactivated my mangekyou sharingan and went to take a bath.
Next day, early in the morning, I got prepared to leave for the frontline. My shadow clone had already packed all of my personal supplies and fuinjutsu supplies into a big storage scroll. The troops under Tsunade were assembled in training ground 10. By the ti I reached there, Tsunade was nowhere to be seen. But most of the other Ninjas were already there. Maintaining my appearance I greeted everyone with a little less cheerful voice than before. Fortunately even though so of the Chunins were dissatisfied to work under a girl younger than them, they didn't complain.
After waiting for 15 minutes, Tsunade finally showed up and after a small debriefing about our role in the battlefield, we left the village.
