"No!" The three elders behind Pakura spoke in unison, trying to stop her.

"I've already made up my mind," Pakura said, turning to face them. "When you go back, support Rasa well. He will be a good Kazekage."

Her tone carried the finality of a farewell, as if she were saying goodbye for the last ti.

"If you truly don't want to go to Konoha, it's not impossible to renegotiate," Kawakaze interjected, clearing his throat. He couldn't believe this woman's resolve. Tsunade's piercing gaze felt like it could kill him on the spot.

"There's no need to discuss it further. 1.2 billion ryo and I'll go with you. Let's sign the peace treaty," Pakura said firmly, her attitude resolute.

Kawakaze opened his mouth but found himself at a loss for words. He had walked into this situation himself, but now it felt like he had backed himself into a corner.

Why did I have to et such a stubborn woman?

"I don't think this is truly necessary. Your village, Sunagakure, still needs you," Tsunade finally spoke up, unable to hold back any longer.

She studied Pakura closely, realizing the woman was undeniably attractive—perhaps almost as good looking as herself. A strange, conflicting emotion stirred within her.

"I've made up my mind! Do you want to back out?" Pakura's voice rose, her nearly roaring tone startling Kawakaze and the others.

This woman is crazy, Kawakaze thought, rubbing his temples as a headache set in. What does she plan to do in Konoha—eat and drink?

"Lady Kazekage, there is really no need for this," the three elders behind Pakura urged, sensing there was still a chance to reconsider. They hoped to dissuade her from taking such a drastic step, fearing for her life if she went to Konoha.

"Yes, yes, yes, you go and persuade her properly," Kawakaze quickly chid in, though the scene no longer resembled a negotiation. It felt more like trying to convince soone to abandon a harmful habit.

Kawakaze's earlier dominance in the discussion had evaporated, as Pakura had completely disrupted the rhythm.

"No need to say anything else. I am willing to bear this price," Pakura said resolutely.

She picked up the peace treaty from the table and began to fill it out. In black and white, she clearly docunted the terms: 1.2 billion ryo and Sunagakure's acting Kazekage, Pakura, as conditions for the peace treaty.

Once finished, she neatly signed her na, turned the agreent over, and pushed it toward Tsunade.

"Sign it," Pakura demanded.

Tsunade, captivated by sothing unspoken in Pakura's gaze, felt compelled to comply. As if under Genjutsu, she signed her na while Kawakaze remained too stunned to react.

The peace treaty was complete.

Pakura took one copy of the agreent and handed it to the elders behind her. "You all go back and tell Rasa to do a good job. I will watch over him with Lord Third."

She smiled faintly, her words carrying an air of finality. The three elders trembled as they accepted the peace treaty, tears streaming down their faces.

"Sunagakure will rember your kindness," one of them said before they rose and left the council chamber, heading directly for the Land of the Wind without needing guidance from the Konoha ninja.

For a mont, silence enveloped the room.

Tsunade stared at the peace treaty on the table as if waking from a dream. How could I have signed such a ridiculous peace treaty?

Her gaze shifted to Kawakaze, and a realization struck her: he hadn't even tried to stop her. This ant he had intended for this outco all along.

As the thought took root, Tsunade's anger grew. The more she pondered it, the more she felt Kawakaze had deliberately left her to shoulder the bla.

Kawakaze, sensing the rising storm in Tsunade's eyes, found himself at a loss. His instincts—honed through years of experience—told him one thing: it was ti to leave.

"Big Brother, I'll leave it to you. I'm going out to the bathroom," Kawakaze said hurriedly, seizing the excuse to leave.

He wasn't about to take the bla for this situation—after all, he hadn't signed the treaty. As long as he stayed away from Pakura, he figured he'd be fine.

"What do you an, leave it to ? I have a family too, you know," Sakumo muttered, clearly annoyed.

Without further comnt, he glanced at Tsunade, then stood and walked slowly toward Pakura.

"Since you've decided to go to Konoha, I'll seal your power first," Sakumo said, retrieving a small scroll from his ninja gear bag and opening it.

"Okay," Pakura responded calmly. She didn't resist, prepared for whatever lay ahead, even death.

"Seal."

Sakumo placed a hand on the scroll, and black chakra erged, flowing into Pakura's body. She felt her entire chakra sealed, leaving her strength only slightly greater than that of an ordinary person. She couldn't even match the physical power of a larger man.

Pakura didn't react with surprise—Sunagakure had similar techniques, and she had used such seals before with scroll assistance.

"Follow ," Sakumo said, putting the scroll away and leaving the hall. Pakura obediently stood and followed him.

"I'm leaving too," Duy announced, quickly rising to his feet. He felt like a tiger was watching him and decided it was best not to stick around.

"I'll deal with you later," Tsunade muttered as she watched Duy make his escape. Then, she stood up as well.

At that mont, Kawakaze returned, thinking the coast was clear. Unfortunately, he walked right into the tiger's mouth.

This ti, maintaining appearances was aningless. Tsunade's expression left no doubt—he wasn't getting off lightly.

"Why didn't you stop ?" Tsunade demanded, attacking Kawakaze without warning.

"Ouch, ouch, ouch! Why did you sign it?" Kawakaze exclaid, wincing in pain. He had intended to ask what had been going through her mind when she signed such an outrageous peace treaty, but he barely got the chance before she lashed out.

Won are truly the most unreasonable creatures, he thought bitterly.

"What are you going to do with her?" Tsunade asked after letting out a breath and sitting back down.

Kawakaze rubbed his waist and touched his head, still reeling from the attack. This is really a disaster out of nowhere, he thought. And it really hurts!

"What do you an 'do with her'? Just send her back and let the village deal with it," Kawakaze replied, trying to avoid further involvent. Taking responsibility for this ss would only make things worse.

"You're really willing to do that?" Tsunade said, her expression shifting to one of disbelief. Her anger, which had montarily subsided, began to flare up again.

"Stop it, stop it! I never thought that way from the beginning!" Kawakaze protested, waving his hands in defense. "I just wanted to ask for more compensation! How was I supposed to know she'd be so stubborn?"

His tone was desperate, and his sincerity as evident as the bright moon.

"Really?"

Tsunade studied Kawakaze's expression. He didn't seem to be lying, and she realized she had been jealous for no reason.

"It's more genuine than real gold," Kawakaze said, nodding vigorously in relief. At last, the she-devil seed to believe him.

"Hmph, I'll believe you for now," Tsunade replied, snorting with a clear hint of arrogance.

"Just watch my performance," Kawakaze said confidently. "Now that we're done talking, it's ti for us to go back. The results of this negotiation can't exactly be called good or bad, but it's enough to report back."

After so brief chatter about trivial matters, Kawakaze returned to the main topic.

"Well, let's leave tomorrow," Tsunade agreed, nodding as she finalized the schedule. The two left the hall together.

The next day, the Konoha team set off back to the village. anwhile, the war in the Land of Earth was also nearing its conclusion.

After Rōshi was injured and brought back, Ōnoki had already begun considering a truce. Following discussions with the Daimyō of the Land of Earth, peace talks were formally initiated with the Land of Lightning.

As the aggressors, the Land of Earth paid a steep price to secure peace negotiations.

The Third Raikage and Ōnoki signed a "peace treaty" and led their respective troops back in satisfaction.
