At the very top of a skyscraper more than two hundred floors high, shaped like a silver blade piercing the clouds, a lavish reception room sat in solemn silence.

Envoys from the Four Great Ninja Villages were seated on the sofas, each wearing a grave expression.

Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, all manner of strange aerial vehicles streaked past. Around the tower, massive looping steel conduits twisted through the clouds, while countless figures clad in the chakra armor Jiraiya had once demonstrated flew freely through the sky.

From the mont they disembarked at the harbor, the envoys had felt as though they had entered another world.

In this country, nearly everyone was a ninja. Every citizen wore scientific ninja tools with astonishing functions.

Before long, Princess Koyuki Kazahana entered the room, accompanied by two aides. After taking her seat, she glanced at the envoys and showed a troubled expression.

"I already understand your purpose," she said calmly.

"But don't you think the quantities you're requesting are… excessive?"

The four envoys' hearts sank.

After a brief exchange of glances, they all stood at once.

Shikaku Nara, Konoha's representative, stepped forward first.

"Your Majesty," he said sincerely, "the shinobi world is facing an existential crisis. We hope you can provide us with as many units as possible."

Koyuki nodded slightly.

"The chakra armor isn't a problem," she replied.

"But the chakra extraction devices you're requesting are all the Hokage-grade models with communication functions. Those are our R&D division's newest prototypes. There are very few even within Spring Country."

She paused.

"Even the ring worn by the Hokage himself was a personal gift from ."

"And aside from communication," she added, "these models aren't functionally different from the earlier versions. Didn't he explain that to you?"

"Then equipnt identical to what the Land of Rain uses will be sufficient," Shikaku replied with a smile.

"We are currently forming a Shinobi Allied Forces. When can our order be delivered?"

Koyuki frowned slightly.

"We can divert the chakra extraction devices originally prepared for clients on the other continent and deliver your requested quantity today. However, our chakra armor stock is limited—it will take about five days to complete delivery."

At this point, the Cloud Village envoy, Mabui, stood and bowed.

"Your Majesty, thank you for agreeing to sell us this equipnt. Considering that two of your allied nations are part of the shinobi world, may I ask whether Spring Country intends to join the Allied Forces?"

Koyuki's expression hardened.

"I'm sorry. We have no intention of involving ourselves in shinobi conflicts."

"But you already have," the Stone Village envoy, Kurotsuchi, snapped as she stood up.

"If you wanted to stay out of shinobi affairs, why did you sell these tools to the Land of Waves and the Land of Hot Water? And why did you sell five thousand sets of chakra armor to the Land of Rain—the very nation that started this war?!"

A flicker of displeasure crossed Koyuki's eyes.

"The Land of Waves and the Land of Hot Water were benefactors who supported before my restoration," she said coldly.

"As for the Land of Rain—they accepted a commission from and helped place on the throne."

She continued evenly:

"At the ti, they never told they were from the Land of Rain. They claid to be mbers of Akatsuki. I only later learned their true origin. Is that explanation satisfactory?"

"Akatsuki…?" Kurotsuchi froze.

After all, Iwagakure itself had repeatedly subcontracted missions to Akatsuki in the past.

The room fell into an awkward silence.

Mabui shot Shikaku a look, and he imdiately stepped in.

"Your Majesty, please don't misunderstand. The Land of Earth is currently under invasion by the Land of Rain, so—"

"That will be all," Koyuki interrupted, standing up expressionlessly.

"I still have other guests to receive. Regarding the orders, you may speak with my secretary."

She turned and left the room.

Shikaku stiffened. "This…"

A Gift

A clear, pleasant voice rang out.

"My na is Honoka. I'll explain the delivery process for the scientific ninja tools."

A red-haired girl stepped forward with a gentle smile, holding a palm-sized rectangular tal case.

"Because of the Hokage's relationship with Her Majesty, she has also prepared a complintary gift for each of you."

Click.

The case opened to reveal four silver rings.

"These rings are the sa model worn by the Hokage," Honoka explained.

"They are the latest chakra extraction devices with communication functions. Each ring also contains a complete set of chakra armor."

The four envoys looked awkward—especially Kurotsuchi, whose face flushed red.

Shikaku broke the silence, thanking her and taking a ring first. Mabui and Zabuza followed. After a solemn apology, Kurotsuchi also accepted hers.

The World Changes

Within the Mirror World, Naruto observed the entire eting through Honoka's subordinate interface.

He granted World Guardian authority exclusively to Shikaku.

The other three envoys beca World Subordinates the mont they put on the rings.

Soon after, the four returned to the harbor. The Flying Thunder God unit led by Genma Shiranui transported them to Iwagakure, now serving as the Allied Forces' headquarters.

Two hours later—

The entire Shinobi Alliance beca Naruto's subordinates.

The Allied Forces swiftly dismantled the military power of the four daimyōs. Shortly after, the Five Kage jointly announced the complete abolition of the one-nation–one-village system.

One week later, Naruto's world subordinates exceeded 1.1 billion people.

The Moon — Inner Space

High in the sky, eight identical figures flew in a loose circle toward the sun.

Aside from their eyes and clothing, they were indistinguishable.

Their chatter echoed cheerfully.

"How much longer until Kurama finishes evolving?"

"Naruto already went up. Should be soon."

"It's his own fault—too much chakra!"

"The old man really favored him, didn't he, Gyūki?"

"Don't ask . I only have eight tails."

"Son Gokū, why do you insist on riding clouds? And why does a fire monkey use Ice Release?!"

"Mind your own business! And I'm not even human!"

"Hey, rember when that Uchiha kid first learned Light-Weight Rock? He flew lying down."

"What did Naruto say to him?"

"He said only mounts fly like that."

"Hahahaha!"

Kurama's Evolution

Inside the space of the Giant Tenseigan, Naruto stood with his back to the eye, smiling at a massive magatama pulsing with light.

Suddenly, the glow intensified—then faded.

Kurama, now fully evolved, sat cross-legged before Naruto.

"How do you feel?" Naruto asked.

"Feels great!" Kurama grinned. "The others must be getting impatient."

Another flash of light followed.

A tall man appeared—crimson hair, red robes, slit pupils, and whisker markings identical to Naruto's.

Naruto's expression turned strange.

"Tch… that snake from Ryūchi Cave really knows transformation techniques."

Kurama imdiately scowled. "We're leaving."

"Fine," Naruto laughed, opening a spatial gate.

Takamagahara

Elsewhere in the shinobi world, a black gate split the sky open.

Naruto erged—surrounded by the Nine Tailed Beasts in human form, each taking a position around him.

"Begin."

Naruto entered Sage Mode.

The Nine leapt back, light flaring as they reverted to their true forms—

Shukaku, Matatabi, Isobu, Son Gokū, Kokuō, Saiken, Gyūki, Kurama—

Nine colossal beasts roared together.

The earth flattened for ten kiloters.

Roots burst from the ground, intertwining. Within monts, a towering divine tree rose—one trunk, nine great branches, each crowned with a lotus.

Naruto landed atop the central lotus.

"The Ten-Tails could summon the God Tree through roots spanning the world,"

"So you can do the sa—though it looks more like a true tree now."

The Nine settled upon the branch-lotuses.

Energy conversion initiated.

Opening the World Gate.

In the Mirror World, Naruto and the Tailed Beasts watched as the cracks along the World Gate widened visibly.

A display appeared:

Two blue planets.

One marked with a number—

2 years.

Two Years Later

From the Moon, a steel fortress drifted through space.

Through its windows, onlookers stared in horror at an orange-red planet riddled with massive fractures.

"Only two years… and Earth beca this," Sasuke whispered.

"What kind of monster is he?"

Five Years Later

Under a vast blue sky, Naruto and Hinata walked upon white clouds.

A crystal-clear winged pegasus circled them playfully.

Suddenly, Naruto reached out—and grabbed a red-haired girl with twin buns out of thin air.

"Hello, Sister Hinata!"

She bead, eyes fixed on the pegasus.

"Big brother! I want one too!"

Naruto sighed.

"You love teleporting everywhere—why a pegasus now?"

She pouted. "You're more naggy than Dad!"

She wriggled free and dove into Hinata's arms.

"Can I borrow it, Sister Hinata?"

Hinata blushed and nodded.

From afar, a boy's voice shouted angrily:

"Uzumaki Miki! Apologize today or I'm telling Aunt Kushina what you did!"

The girl vanished with a grin.

"Uchiha Takahiro! I'll post your embarrassing duel photos all over Takamagahara!"

The boy rushed forward, stopped, bowed stiffly.

"Brother Naruto. Sister Hinata."

Naruto smiled. "What's Sasuke been up to?"

"He's training with Lord Kurama on Mount Qingqiu."

Naruto laughed softly.

"Running from Sakura and Karin, I see."

Holding Hinata's hand, he stepped forward with her.

White clouds drifted on.
