He waited for a bit and then the kage put out all the flas and looked at the source of them which was the three clones...

Izuna inhaled a large amount of air and then expelled it through his mouth creating several dragon-headed fireballs and covered the frontal, left and right side of the side of Mizukage.

As they did that, their fists caught fire and punched out connecting with the Mizukage's chest effortlessly...
