The power of these flas ca from their ability to autonomously absorb natural energy.

Sasuke smiled.
At this mont, Itachi, seeing Sasuke about to be consud by the flas, didn't have ti to think further. He wanted to rush into the Amaterasu flas and push Sasuke away.
The next second, Itachi charged into the flas, and his body was instantly engulfed by the Amaterasu fire.
Watching Itachi throw himself into the flas, Sasuke froze for a mont.
He imdiately activated Kagutsuchi.
'What's he doing? Running into the flas? Seeking death?'
Though Sasuke didn't understand whether Itachi intended to kill himself, he used Kagutsuchi to instantly control the two streams of Amaterasu flas before him.
The flas had only just begun to scorch Itachi's clothing when, in the next mont, they were drawn toward Sasuke.
Streams of black flas converged in Sasuke's palm.
The massive black flas condensed into several small black sparks in Sasuke's hand.
After controlling all the flas, Sasuke turned to Itachi.
"What are you doing? Are you trying to get yourself killed?"
At this mont, Itachi could only stare blankly at Sasuke. The flas of Amaterasu...
Were being held in Sasuke's hand???
This brat... was he not afraid of Amaterasu's fire?
