Well, it makes sense. Danzo has been dealt with, so naturally, he would fall into Tsunade's hands.
But Sasuke found it a bit ironic.
He didn't expect Yamato to take his place as the hero of Konoha?

Sasuke roughly understood the situation.
When he used Wood Release, he had been a bit conspicuous,

But that's fine Sasuke didn't want the fact that he could use Wood Release to be made public.

Such achievents were more than enough to earn the title of hero.
But being impersonated shouldn't that make Sasuke angry?

With that, Sasuke put down the scroll in his hand.
"Orochimaru, aren't you curious? What are the limits of ninjutsu or rather, chakra?"
"How powerful can this force ultimately make a ninja?"
These two questions seed to make Orochimaru understand sothing.
He understood Sasuke's current goal.
This boy before him didn't care what others thought of him, whether good or bad. Fa didn't matter to him he only cared about becoming stronger.
Just like Orochimaru himself once did, purely wanting to uncover the mysteries of forbidden techniques.

Sasuke continued sitting cross-legged. He wouldn't waste any ti while waiting and began training his Wood Release Kekkei Genkai.
Activating the Wood Release training thod, he worked on raising the level of his bloodline.
Wood Release naturally strengthened the body, which would also help with the Eight Gates training.

Itachi, who had been waiting, watched as Zetsu slowly erged from the ground.

"Sasuke Uchiha is location!"
