"Let take Lord Emiya to the patient's room," Tobirama said, patting Sasuke on the shoulder before turning to guide Shigen.
As they walked, Tobirama continued to praise Sarutobi Sasuke.

Shigen chuckled softly.
"You an to say the Senju clan doesn't know they're descended from him?"

Tobirama froze in place.
The truth struck him like a lightning bolt.
The Senju and Uzumaki clans were descendants of the Sage of Six Paths.
Emiya Shigen, however, wasn't finished.

He continued, his voice wistful.
"He was the first to donate his body to dical research after death."
Of course, Shigen left out the real story.
The Sage's body hadn't exactly been willingly donated.
Shigen had accepted a mission from his system to retrieve the Sage of Six Paths' body for research.
It was thanks to that mission that Shigen had obtained true power in this world, including the Rinnegan and Wood Release.
