Natsuki was struck with inspiration by the word "battery."
If the Yin Fūin (Yin Seal) is a long-term storage battery for chakra but inconvenient for imdiate use, then why not create a new kind of battery? One that can store chakra at any ti and be used at any ti?
Co to think of it, the Bijū (Tailed Beasts) are essentially oversized batteries.
And the reason those batteries work is naturally because of fūinjutsu (sealing techniques). Sealing a Bijū is essentially sealing chakra.
Given that, why not base it on fūinjutsu and create a chakra battery? One that can be charged during downti and drawn upon when needed. Wouldn't that solve the problem?
Natsuki imdiately shared the idea with Tenten.
"If we can make such a battery, you can prepare several in advance. Then you won't have to worry about running out of chakra. But this requires more advanced fūinjutsu. I've gotten a few from Jiraiya, but I haven't mastered them yet... I'll have to find ti to ask Kakashi-senpai."

The next day, Natsuki found Kakashi in a pile of rocks. It seed Kakashi had no mission for now and was focused on training Sasuke.
"Kakashi-senpai, you're pretty busy, huh?"
Natsuki greeted him, watching as Sasuke concentrated lightning in his hand and stabbed at a boulder like he was self-harming.
He couldn't quite figure out what Sasuke was trying to do.
Kakashi quickly closed his book and replied,
"Oh, yeah, pretty busy. What brings you here?"
Seeing Natsuki watching Sasuke, Kakashi casually explained,
"Sasuke wants to develop a new technique, so I helped him co up with a training plan. It seems he wants to shape lightning chakra into a spear, so he's stabbing the rock."
A spear? Was he trying to create Chidori Eisō (Chidori Spear)?
Looks like Sasuke had his own ideas.
Hearing the commotion, Sasuke just nodded at Natsuki and continued training.
Natsuki sat down next to Kakashi and got straight to the point.
"Kakashi-senpai, I actually want to create sothing called a chakra battery. It requires advanced fūinjutsu. I got four fūinjutsu techniques from Jiraiya-sama, but I haven't figured them out yet. I was hoping you could teach . Also, if you know any more, please teach !"
"Chakra battery?"
Kakashi was intrigued.
"What's that? Why do you suddenly want to make such a thing?"
Natsuki didn't hold back.
"Tenten has a talent for space-ti ninjutsu. I've also been having her try to learn Hiraishin no Jutsu (Flying Thunder God Technique). She's now able to attempt transporting small objects. The only issue is her chakra reserves are too low. So I want to design a chakra battery for her. She can store chakra in the battery during downti, and when she runs out of chakra during battle, she can connect to the battery and draw from it. That should solve the problem of running out of chakra temporarily."

Kakashi couldn't help but be surprised. He hadn't expected Natsuki to think of such a thing.
He had to admit, it was a great idea.
With a Sharingan, Kakashi was always burning through chakra.
Despite his reputation as the Copy Ninja who had copied over a thousand jutsus, he could only use a few high-level jutsus in battle before his chakra ran out, significantly reducing his combat power.
If there were chakra batteries, even if he usually ran low on chakra, he could store up during downti.

Natsuki nodded firmly.
"Absolutely. Look at the Bijū. They're pure chakra beings, and fūinjutsu can seal them into a person and allow the host to draw on the Bijū's chakra. Isn't that just a giant battery?
Based on this idea, using fūinjutsu to create a battery that stores our own chakra for use later is completely feasible.
...Also, soone has already done it. One of the Sannin, Tsunade-sama, uses a technique called the Yin Fūin. She constantly stores chakra in it, which not only keeps her youthful but also lets her unleash trendous power when the seal is released.
However, the Yin Fūin isn't ideal as a battery since it can't be casually opened.

He couldn't help but feel excited inside.
He had considered becoming a Jinchūriki to solve his chakra shortage problem, but with no solo Bijū available and no knowledge of how to seal one, that idea had been difficult to pursue.
Now, Natsuki had co up with the concept of a chakra battery.
Wouldn't that temporarily solve his problem of not having enough chakra?
