"SO YOU WERE WATCHING? Monari, I must do sothing about your bad habits. I guess you should have another baby, Shirajin might be feeling lonely." Shiroken suggested.
She scoffed, "Huh, you think being pregnant will stop ? Nothing can, my brother. Now, let's go and eat so Ran and dumplings to celebrate your first ever girlfriend."
"I hope you don't tell this to everyone," Shiroken told her in a warning tone.
She shrugged, "Well, I won't, but can't say the sa about your lovely saint parents."

"COWS? WHAT?! SHIRO IS GOLDEN GRASS? WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?" Choi innocently asked.
Shukaku facepalm, "Nothing, Choi. You go back to work."
"OH YES, I GOTTA DELIVER STUFF!" Choi once again started rapping and flew away. It was strange how a guy who rapped could also be so innocent.
At the sa ti, the people in the city were looking at each other's faces. Then soone randomly cheered loudly, prompting a wave of cheers taking over the city and people jumping in joy and excitent.

Shiroken entered Tsunade's office, Jiraiya was also there. They were here for Darui, who was going to return to his village and tell Raikage to co to the neutral area if he wants to talk peace.
It was mainly Shiroken's job so the other two silently sat. Tsunade even offered him her seat, as he was officially even above Daimyo. But Shiroken refused, saying that he would later make another office for himself on the new floor soon to be made on the Hokage building.
"Darui, you are the most trusted man of Raikage. So I expect you to tell him everything that happened here truthfully. Next, tell Raikage to co to the Frost country. I don't care how many n you bring, just co with good intentions. Also, bring all your elders if you have any. If you must have peace, you must accept my terms. Nothing is negotiable. You either agree, or I enter your country anyway and take over." Shiroken bluntly stated everything.
At this ti, there was no point in going against Shiroken, as he had shown them enough tis his power to take over everything quickly. In fact, his first attack on Kirigakure was a full-fledged attack, he fought and defeated all Shinobi forces of that village in one go.
Darui nodded, "Sorry, I have no secret plans or plots. I do what I am told to. So I will return and tell Raikage exactly what happened and your words. We will et in the Land of Frost in one week. Until then, take care."
With that, Darui was sent away. Jiraiya spoke, "Hmm, what now?"

Jiraiya may be stupid, but he still had enough brain to notice sothing was different. "What's going on here? Why do you feel different?"
"Nothing..." Tsunade quickly denied anything and got back to work.
Shiroken also turned around and left while whistling randomly. Jiraiya just looked at their faces and soon left.

Most people think that taking over a country is just about fighting and winning more and more land. But most ignore the background things that go around and all the planning that Shiroken has to do.
Behind Shiroken was the entire Nidama clan. Especially for the new countries, Shiroken needs people he can completely trust. For this, the Nidama clan was the best, as it was a closed community with more focus on following Shiroken's ideals.
There was in fact a small departnt just made to control and administer newly acquired territories. The departnt was called "International Relations"
But contrary to what the na implies, the departnt was more focused on learning about each new territory and ruling it better by establishing relations with smaller leaders who didn't pose any threat to the rule.
The departnt was directly under Shiroken and he had been sending people to do special recruitnt for talents each year. By now, about 100 people were working in it.
To control one Shinobi village, at least 5 people from the Nidama clan were needed to
oversee everything. And to control large countries, Shiroken left his clones behind, but each clone was also helped by 10 clan mbers.
Even now, as soon as Shiroken's mo arrived that the Lightning country will be next, they selected 15 people whose expertise was regarding the whole region, its past and geography. They would later be sent to report in Konoha.
And after Shiroken is done with taking over, he will establish the new administration. All this sounded easy on paper but it was a huge undertaking.

A grunted and took his seat, then slamd his fist, "THAT BASTARD. It is because of him that I'm being so hasty. I told him about the abilities of Shiroken Dama, yet he chose to be blind. He still thinks he can win with his aningless skirmishes. I should have known better, these feudal lords are the scummiest people, they would rather see the world burn than give up their authority.
"We shall cut a deal for Kumogakure with Shiroken Dama and let him handle the rest of the country however he wants."
"Got it, Lord Raikage." Mabui nodded and stepped back.
It was already known to most knowledgeable people that Shiroken had taken over 3 of the Five Great Shinobi Countries. So it should have been self-explanatory for people to just surrender, yet greed ca in that way.
Human life was just another chess piece, they would gladly sacrifice people's lives if it gave them the hope of retaining their wealth, power and authority.
