Oliver's body and strength were good enough to sustain the demon but not enough to recover to peak. So, the demon suggested making connections with various organizations, the good kind, the bad kind, the influential kind before finally going to the royal palace, the place with many warriors in one place, and many resources too, to finally help the demon recover its strength.

Currently, the sa demon inside Oliver's body was a little stiff, and Oliver could guess that it was because of the young looking man walking in his direction.
The demon urged him to find out the identity of the man in front of him, wanting to finish Rae by calling for help.
But how could Oliver ask for help? The demon linked with his body had the ability to put suggestions into the target's minds. To survive and gain authority in the royal palace, the demon had made every warrior in here shy away from the thought of battles in the palace.
So, it would be impossible for Oliver to get the people in here to kill Rae. That was also the reason why Rae felt no resistance when he road inside the palace.
The lack of guards and obstruction in Rae's path was not because of the corrupt personnel of nobility.
Instead, the warriors were not really motivated to fight it out in the royal palace, their mind had the basic thought that no battles could occur in here.
"I asked who are you!!?" Oliver asked again, this ti with a stern tone.
'Is he pretending to not know ? Is it because of the King standing behind him?' Rae thought in confusion, he was releasing his suppressed demonic aura that he had been keeping low.
Rae believed that the demon, Oliver, would be able to sense another of his kind. But Oliver seed to be nothing like that. Rae thought that it could be because of the Fatty king behind Oliver.
So, Rae decided to fake his identity in front of King, just so it could be convenient for Oliver.
"I am Rae, a good friend of Earl Serena. Don't you rember ?" Rae spoke to Oliver as if they were good friends. He also ntioned that he was a good friend of Serena.
Just when Oliver wanted to urge the demon inside him to deal with Rae, the demon refused Oliver's request and decided to not act against but talk it out with Rae.
'Why are you doing this? Can't you just affect him with your ability? I would take care of him when he is caught off guard.' Oliver retorted in his head. He could talk with the demon with a telepathic connection because of the bond in their body.
'You don't understand!! That aura he is realising... Don't you feel familiar with that aura??' The demon inside Oliver said with a frustrated voice. He urged Oliver to sense the imnse aura that the young man in front of them was wildly releasing.
'That aura?? Wait!!!! He is a demon like you?!!' Oliver tried to sense the presence of the young man in front, because of the presence of demon in his body, Oliver's body had been enhanced and so did his talent with energy manipulation.
He was able to sense that the unnatural annoyance and a kind of fear that stemd in the demon's voice was because of the young man, the young looking guy was another demon.
'Yes..' The demon inside Oliver said in a soft voice.
'But you said that there were no enemies of your. Also, you ntioned having no demons in this kingdom. How could there exist a demon here then?' Oliver asked the demon in frustration.
When they were making the deal, Oliver had asked many questions. One of them being, if the demon had any enemies which caused his current weakened situation.
Oliver had also asked about the chances of their identity being found out by soone, and if there existed another demon in the kingdom.
All of these questions were his precaution before joining teams with a demon, but the demon had answered no to all of them, making Oliver believe that this was an opportunity to turn around his life.
But now, all of a sudden another demon cos out claiming to be his friend? Doesn't that an that the demon had lied and there were other demons who were after the one inside his body?
'I answered truthfully! There were no demons to my knowledge in the kingdom. But this one, he seems to have co out of nowhere. Perhaps, a outcast of all the demon or maybe...' The demon voiced out his thoughts to Oliver. He was as clueless as Oliver but still, he had so assumptions.
'What now? How do we deal with him? And what is he? An enemy? A friend? What?' Oliver asked urgently.
'Just treat him normally, as if we are acquaintances from the past. He is not revealing our identity that ans he is cautious, and is not planning on alerting anyone.' The demon instructed Oliver to get to know about the opponent.
Since Rae was not making a ruckus, then it ant that he was here to negotiate and make a deal. Anyways, they had the protection of a level five, if a fight occured then they would still be able to leave safely.

"Ohh yes!! Rae, my boy! How have you been?" Oliver smiled brightly, he stepped closer to Rae as he asked him enthusiastically.
"My lord! He is my good friend's only son. Please grant leave so, I get to spend so ti with him." Oliver turned around and asked for permission from the king. The king thought of Oliver as a very loyal subordinate. So, Oliver didn't want his image to be ruined.
"Go go Oliver! I am pretty busy." The king did not bat an eye at Rae. Seeing that Oliver was the boy's relative, the king ignored Rae's disrespect of not greeting him and permitted Oliver to leave.
