"It's simple," Bloom finally reached the point he ca all here for, "you will help to kill those three mayors of the army and that will be included in the contract as a main condition."

The mayor couldn't agree or refuse, and Bloom kept his silence as well. The two kept glaring at each other while none said a word.
"Your dishes gentlen," the waiter returned with the many plates over a tray before distributing the dishes between the two. "Bon appetit," he politely said before calmly retreating.
"I can't take such responsibility alone," the mayor shook his head and finally expressed his thoughts.
"Who said you would shoulder this alone?" it was ti for Bloom to go for his next goal, "as I just agreed with you, I want you to invite two more mayors here to join our deal."
"Two What about that chick from your town? She can attend the eting and sign the contract," the mayor said, referring to Anna.
"She has another task to do for now," Bloom calmly refused. After all, one of the goals of his long list of quests was to keep her life secured.
"You are worried about her? And decided to co here and endanger my and my friends' lives instead?" the mayor seed to read through his thoughts as he rudely said.
"With my wealth I can do anything I want," Bloom said in strong domineer, "after all I'm the one having the fort not you."
"Yet," the mayor added, "you own nothing now."
"But soon I will."
"What about you selling your way and we can call it a deal?" the mayor tried to act smart, yet Bloom cut this road on him.
"This way is only limited to ," he said, "even if I told you about it, you won't be able to do it. if you want to know and accept this as a deal then it's fine, but don't bla later, alright?"
The mayor hesitated for a second before sighing, "why is it so hard to deal with you each ti we et?" he couldn't help but say and Bloom only kept gazing at him, waiting for the answer he wanted.
"What will they get in return?" he asked.
"Ten percent of the fort," Bloom said.
"That's it?" the mayor was surprised, "not fifteen? No seat?"
"That's only for you in return for your efforts to bring more to my aid," Bloom explained, "as for the seat they can work under you as a faction, but you'll only get one seat for that."

Bloom acted strictly with this matter despite knowing nothing about it. He didn't hurry to promise large percentages or give away more seats as he didn't yet know the true value of these promises.
"I'll see what I can do," the mayor said before hurriedly adding, "can we sign the contract now?"
"As long as it contains a condition for you to bring two more then it's ok to sign," Bloom said, "if you are hesitant then we can postpone it for a couple of days. I'm not in a hurry after all."
"You've got a war knocking on your doorstep buddy."
"I'm not worried about that," Bloom said, "and we have enough ti till the war reaches my doorsteps. Just don't take a long ti to act, or else I'll find myself obliged to look for more serious partners."
"I'm serious about this deal!" the mayor shouted and his voice attracted the attention of everyone here.
"Then show this to ," Bloom only smiled in return, "will we sign the contract now or in two days?"
"Now!" The mayor didn't hesitate to decide, "I'll write it and send you a copy to sign."
"Great," Bloom then turned to his al, "I'll eat while you write it then."

And the mayor didn't know if he had to hit him in the face or not at this mont.
"It's ready," the mayor said, "I'll sign it and send it to you now."
"Alright," Bloom said while continuing to eat.
"It's ready," the mayor said, then the next mont the contract appeared in front of Bloom's eyes.
Yet he kept eating while reading it. "Eat, or else your al will get cold," he said in a way that got on the nerves of the mayor.
Yet the mayor kept his strong words to himself before starting to eat and watching the irritating Bloom sitting in front of him.
After finishing his al with cold blood, Bloom finally signed the contract. "It's all set," he said before taking a ticket, "I hope you stick to your promises."
"The sa goes for you as well," the mayor hardly controlled himself from cursing out loud.
And Bloom simply used the ticket while saying, "see you in two days then, make sure you'll be ready with two other mayors."
Then he vanished and left the mayor all alone while feeling extrely happy from this deal. "Finally I got myself a place in that damned place," he clenched his fists as if he just won a war, "wait, my old scar isn't healed yet, bastards!" Then he ordered another al to eat in celebration for achieving his long dream.
Bloom knew nothing about that, and the next mont he appeared in the central plaza of the Swor town. "Ti to get the first task done," he didn't hesitate to walk towards the mayor's mansion direction while opening his profile page.
Just when he was checking his quests from before, he noticed the icon of the contracts flashing in bright red light. He didn't consider it at first before he checked it while heading to the hotel.
And he was instantly surprised by what he saw there.
"So there's a dispute about the contracts," he finally had ti to thoroughly think about this. "I can issue compensation from the other party of the contract or even challenge them in a personal duel or a challenge of so kind to get the full benefits of the contract interesting."
