This was rare.
The Principles that perfected the world congratulated him, and so too did the Cosmic Space, and even the Pure Land itself; this was not what he found rare...
What was rare was this mont.
This was a rare mont where he was safe and had even evaded his father’s gaze.
Myriad colors enveloped his own radiant aura, and a distinct sensation coursed through his otherworldly physique.
Earthly physiques, Cosmic physiques, and Transcendent physiques...
Anon’s otherworldly physique was beyond it all.
Four different Principles blessed him, and four more grew to favor him.
After all, he had spirit affinity for Inevitability, Destiny, and most recently, thanks to the Celestial Supre’s interference, Fate.
There was also a mysterious rune that contained infinite power. This rune held relations to the Principle of Fire, and there was a connection between it and his soul.
Maybe due to this, it caused the Principle of Fire to also gift him its blessing.
On the other hand, the Principles of Lightning, Death, Blood, and Curse all favored him now.
This was slightly complicated.
To comprehend a principle was to deepen one’s understanding of the principle, allowing one to unearth more of its power... This was known as enlightening a principle.
In the Cosmic Space, the Principle that blessed an otherworldly creature was known as the base principle.
It did not an that otherworldly creatures could only wield their base principle; however, enlightening the base principle was considered a relatively simple process known as basic comprehension.
To enlighten other Principles would be considered complex comprehension.
After absorbing the four blessings, Anon would continue enlightening those four principles through basic comprehension.
Now, with the other four Principles favoring him, even though they did not bless him, it would still be a process of basic comprehension to enlighten them.
On the other hand, to enlighten another Principle, such as a Principle of Space or a Principle of Earth, would be much more complex.
His multiple base principles would hamper his attempt at enlightening these foreign Principles, making the matter rather complicated.
He gently pinched his chin.
So habits, even after transforming into sothing beyond common sense, remained.
’There are certain things I wish to know; however, it seems that I cannot. The quicker I can unearth the truth of the matter, the easier things will beco,’ he mused in silence.
’The most important thing at this ti is to unearth the truth behind the many sches and conspiracies surrounding my existence, and to grasp more power for my safety.’
’The path to grasping greater power is much easier than the forr path, so for the while, I can focus on it.’
When it ca to unearthing the truth behind the many sches at play...
He did not know where to start.
Whilst his thoughts churned at an unprecedented speed, his focus was split, honing in on a multitude of things.
There was a great turbulence occurring within his otherworldly body. Four blessings ran rampant, chaotically.
For any other creature across the cosmic space, and the greater world beyond, more than one blessing might be unprecedented and overwhelming, but this was a similarly unparalleled physique.
But this was unlike any other physique.
Such was the nature of a Boundless physique.
This was an otherworldly physique unique to Anon, the one who ascended whilst in the second world.
The very process of otherworldly ascension was unique to him.
Rather than spirit, flesh unity, he had, in truth, devoured his spirit and flesh. His soul had assimilated both spirit and flesh into its spectral body.
Very likely, it would not have been so simple had he not died and devoured so of the characteristics of Limbo, acquiring such a trait of assimilation.
Due to this trait, he could’ve assimilated with the drop of the Infernal god’s blood and the Celestial Supre’s Will.
It was only an insignificant drop of blood and an insignificant portion of the Celestial Supre’s Will; however, due to the characteristics within these two, the gifts that ca with his otherworldly ascension were unimaginably bountiful.
But that was beside the point.
Otherworldly ascension with a second-world cultivation was impossible and improbable, except for the one with the dark soul.
Such a soul devoured everything, from wraiths and cursed spirits, to curse and death magic, and even his own spirit and flesh.
Only through this way did his ascension succeed.
His otherworldly body was his soul, and also his flesh and his spirit.
They had all beco one.
More than that, upon returning from death, his soul had transford once more. To refer to it simply as an unfathomable soul would be incorrect.
Sowhat due to the nature of his otherworldly physique, in the general sche of things, the ti needed to absorb the four blessings would not be long.
Compared to other newly ascended otherworldly creatures, he would need but the blink of an eye to consolidate his otherworldly ascension.
’I spent four hundred and forty-four years in the Inverted Sky Dinsion. I am but four hundred and sixty-three years old, but now I need more than double the ti to consolidate my otherworldly ascension.’
In the Cosmic Space, a thousand years was indeed a blink of an eye; however, Anon had lived for less than half that ti, and technically speaking, he was still less than twenty Earth years.
He silently mused, ’Upon fully consolidating my otherworldly ascension, my strength would be sowhat comforting.’
’Maybe Human Generals won’t be worth ntioning. Everything would be much different, and I can fully focus on grasping the truth of everything.’
’But for now, this period of consolidation is my most delicate period.’
He began pondering.
It would be nice if he could spend these thousand years within the Pure Land.
But such thoughts did not have ti to settle in his mind before his perception began twisting, and his surroundings were forcefully altered.
.....
Nothing had changed.
To the mortals, the weak and strong ones, and to the otherworldly army, along with the suppressed dragon, Anon was attacked and killed.
In but a mont after, a figure appeared.
He had dark skin, divine tattoos etched throughout his body, and a pair of angelic wings extending majestically behind him, their feathers a pristine white that seed to be the very origin of light.
Anon’s gaze fell onto the dragon.
This gaze...
Back then, this little dragon was one of many captured on a certain battlefield between multiple races.
At that ti, the human battalion of more than three hundred Otherworldly Warlords was led by one bestowed the title of Human General.
It was said that this particular Human General was actually a Realm Father (Otherworldly Warlord), but with such great strength, they had seized the authority that ca with the title of Human General within the Human Race.
When the eyes of this entity landed on this little dragon back then, it was akin to a galaxy of swirling stars and planets crushing down onto it.
The sheer pressure was enough to obliterate its body several tis over. And now, it felt like that world-shattering montum had appeared once again.
Death!
The dragon could not help but shudder.
Its knees buckled under such pressure and fell into the river waters.
The mighty dragon kowtowed in fear.
However, this was no Human General.
Whether this angelic human was comparable in power to one or not was unimportant.
More importantly, when speaking of human morality or whatnot, what stood before the pitiful dragon was certainly no human.
It suddenly wanted to scream, but it could not... it suddenly wanted to cry, but it could not... it suddenly wanted to run, but it could not.
Before its trembling gaze, its body deteriorated before its eyes, and its soul, protected within its heart realm, was swallowed by an undying fla bubbling with a golden intensity.
"Oh?"
At the sa ti, Anon found sothing intriguing.
Three of his four base principles dealt with the unseen and powers that were difficult to grasp. Even amongst many Principles, they were very likely among the most complex to comprehend.
The instant his Principle of Fire enveloped the dragon’s soul, he perceived a faint connection with a foreign material dinsion.
This was a simple world.
’This is a material dinsion of the sa tier as the Inverted Sky Dinsion...’ Anon swiftly ca to know.
Glancing at the area where the dragon’s corpse was reduced to dust, a beautiful smile stretched across his face.
Internally, this was a depraved grin.
’An interesting concept for a re Earthly physique,’ he chuckled without sound and snapped his fingers.
A ring of resplendent golden flas manifested, disappearing right after.
The onlookers were slightly perplexed; however, Anon did not bother to explain. Instead, he looked toward the Cosmic Banquet, far away from Heaven’s Edge Domain.
"Today, I, Anon Xerxes, son of Pandora De La Rosa and the Human Lord, have succeeded in otherworldly ascension."
His voice traversed the world, but it was only heard by the powerful.
"As a mortal, I confronted an otherworldly creature, triumphed over the sches of the most powerful, and crawled out of the doors of death."
The ’weight of a gaze’ was not to be taken at face value.
The eyes were the window to the soul, and a gaze carried the intent of this soul.
Human Generals and the Overlords gazed intently at this indescribable anomaly.
Their gazes were more complex than any material dinsion, because their souls were unfathomable, or even more profound than that.
"I do hope that you have been entertained." He spoke, and his voice did not waver.
There was a regal authority contained within such a voice, and his eyes t with more than a hundred gazes of the most profound level.
