When the Spector heard that Lilith had beco his Soul Mate. He thought the Demon Realm had beco non-existent. That she was trying to use him to birth new demons.
"I have started a city in the Third Realm. It is small currently but I know in the future all Realms above the Third Realm will have a city like that one. What will happen is the people will either love or hate .
Honestly, I do not care either way. As for the other two won. Them two and their mother, the current War God, will give birth to executioners. When people misbehave that belong to , well, better hope that they find out before ."
When the Spector heard this. He was more than shocked to hear what Rex's plans were evolving into. To make matters worst, he had no idea what the true involvent would be for the Spectors.
"Before continuing, I have a couple of questions.
First, you said the Spectors will beco eyes and ears. What does that entitle?
Second, how do you plan to get the current War God under your belt?"
Rex took a deep breath because the next sentence would shock the Spector.
"People within the Nine Realms hate change and hate each other. So when the ti cos for war, it will not be Sects, Cities, Realms, or even similar alike cultivators. It will be family vs family or cultivator vs cultivators.
In order to halt that to a stop. I will be willing to beco the most wanted villain within the Nine Realms and Heavenly Realms. I alone will not stop my future Soul Mate and current Soul Mate from being hurt. My wives might be able to hold off before the next wave cos and consus them. I do not take that lightly."
The Spector felt that this was the deal breaker. Having this much compassion for people who you do not even know of and are willing to beco the ultimate villain just to stop wars from consuming people.
Who else would do such a thing? No one. They would rather let the worlds or Realms burn than allow all the evil to remain.
"Laws and Rules will be broken by people often. Does not matter if it is sothing that they an to or not. I will beco the thing that allows the evil to remain because that is what is needed for normal people to grow."
When the Spector heard this. His forbidden heart seed to understand what Rex was saying. He could feel the warmth of his loved ones around and knew that the words spoken could indeed be done.
