"Thank you again! If you really need anything or help, we will always assist you. I am the chief of Cloud City from Eagle Kingdom in Eldoria. Just say my na, and we will soon send you so gifts as a token of appreciation," Alessandro said again.
"There’s really no need for that! I helped eko out of kindness," Kyra shook her head as she looked at him.
"You’re really so kind, Kyra," Lara said with a smile. "But don’t reject our offer. Or maybe you need a male? You know, I have a powerful brother. If you want, I will give him to you."
Lara shivered when she suddenly felt glares from different directions. Seeing it’s Vinecnt, Lucas, and Damon, she smiled nervously, thinking, my beast god, they are so scary.
"Please, Lara, there’s really no need for such an expensive gift," Kyra said, feeling her mates’ gazes. She spoke nervously. She really didn’t need such a grand gesture.
She was content with Vinecnt and Lucas, and she already felt Damon’s feelings for her. She didn’t need anyone else or any more complications in her life.
"So we’re leaving," Alessandro said, "We have so pending issues in our city..and because of this disaster It’s been pending for a long ti."
"Thank you," Lara said, wrapping Kyra in a warm hug. Kyra patted her back, a smile on her face despite the tears in her eyes, because she felt attached to eko.
Finally, eko ran toward Kyra, his small fra trembling as he clung to her leg. His eyes were bright with unshed tears. "Thank you, pretty sister. Thank you for saving . Because of you, I’m eting my mom and dad," he said, his voice was emotional.
Kyra crouched down to eko’s level, her heart aching. She placed a gentle hand on his cheek. "You’re welco, eko," she said softly, her voice thick with emotion. "I’m so glad you’re back with your family. Rember to be brave and stay safe, okay?"
eko nodded, his eyes shining with gratitude. "I will. I’ll never forget you, Kyra."
He then ran over to Damon, his eyes shimring with unshed tears.
"Thank you so much," eko said, his voice trembling slightly. "You were so kind to ."
Damon crouched down to eko’s level, giving him a warm smile. "It was my pleasure, little one. I’m glad I could help. Take care of yourself, okay?"
eko nodded, his cheeks flushed with emotion. "I will. Thank you for everything." He hugged Damon tightly, his small arms barely reaching around his broad shoulders. Damon patted him gently on the back, feeling a pang of affection for the little eagle cub.
Next, eko turned to Lucas, his face lighting up with admiration. "Goodbye, handso brother. You’re so handso," he said, his cheeks turning a rosy pink as he looked up at Lucas.
Lucas’s face turned a shade of red, a blush coloring his cheeks.
He ruffled eko’s hair, trying to mask his surprise. "Thanks, little guy. You’re pretty amazing yourself."
eko grinned, clearly pleased with the complint. "I hope we get to see each other again."
Lucas gave him a smile. "I’m sure we will. Until then, take care."
Then eko cautiously looked at Vinecnt. The cold and emotionless expression on Vinecnt’s face made him a bit afraid to approach. But to his surprise, Vinecnt patted his soft head, causing eko’s face to brighten with happiness.
"We’ll see you off," Kyra said, walking outside with them, a smile on her face.
"Thanks, Healer Angelo!" Alessandro said, bowing respectfully. Healer Angelo shook his head and smiled warmly.
With one last wave and a heartfelt goodbye, eko joined his parents, who were waiting patiently. Suddenly, everyone shifted into their eagle forms and started flying into the sky. eko joined them, and Kyra’s eyes widened as they all turned towards them, bowing together elegantly before taking off.
They began to move away, leaving Kyra, Lucas, Damon and Vinecnt standing together, watching them depart.
Healer Angelo looked at Vinecnt, his brows frowning in confusion. "Aren’t snakes supposed to go into hibernation? If you didn’t go into hibernation..."
Hearing this, Kyra glanced worriedly at Vincent. "You need to go into hibernation now, Vince. You stayed awake because of , and I can’t risk your health any longer."
"Is this risky, Healer?" Lucas asked, also looking concerned. "We’ve been busy looking for Ky-ky, and Vinecnt didn’t go into hibernation even though I told him to. We t another healer who gave him a potion to keep him going for a while."
Healer Angelo’s eyes widened. "You haven’t gone into hibernation all winter and even took a potion? Oh my god, that can cause you serious problems."
"It doesn’t matter," Vincent shrugged, trying to appear nonchalant. He didn’t care about his health; his only concern was keeping his rainbow safe. How could he go into hibernation when all he could think about was her safety while she was away in an unknown place?
Kyra stepped closer to Vinecnt, her eyes filed with heartache for him, her hand resting on his arm. "But your health is important too. We need you at your best."
Healer Angelo nodded. "You must take this seriously, Vinecnt. Prolonged lack of hibernation can weaken you significantly and cause long-term damage. You need to rest and recover properly."
Lucas looked at Vinecnt with concern. "We’ll manage things here. You need to take care of yourself."
Vinecnt sighed, seeing the worry in their eyes. "Alright, I’ll go into hibernation. But I want to make sure everything is safe first."
Kyra squeezed his arm gently. "We’ll handle it. Just promise you’ll take the ti you need to recover."
Vinecnt nodded, finally agreeing. "I promise."
Healer Angelo looked relieved. "Good. You need to start as soon as possible."
Hearing that Vinecnt hadn’t gone into hibernation to find Kyra, Damon looked at him in shock.
Damon’s thoughts raced. Snakes were supposed to go into hibernation. If Vinecnt went into hibernation now, it would give him a chance to get closer to Kyra, to finally make her fall in love with him. For the first ti in a while, Damon felt a sense of peace and opportunity.
