“You sure have a lot of ti on your hands, Han Yueyao. Haven’t you learned anything?” Su Yu lectured Han Yueyao upon seeing that she had co out to drink with n she didn’t know.
He scolded her like a parent scolding a child.
“I didn’t leave in the middle of work, President Su. This is my personal ti,” Han Yueyao explained quietly.
“Didn’t you say that Mian was your only friend in the city? Is that not the case?” Su Yu glanced over at the man beside her; from the way this man dressed, it was obvious he didn’t hold high social status.
“Um…” Han Yueyao wasn’t sure how to respond.
At this ti, Su Xiaoxiao ran in. “Su Yu, why are you here?”
Upon seeing Su Xiaoxiao, Su Yu ca to a sudden realization. “Didn’t you promise to be good?”
“I did, and I have! But this is my personal ti, shouldn’t I be allowed to hang out with friends? Are you going to interfere?”
“I don’t care if you hang out with your friends, but can’t you choose better friends to hang out with?” Su Yu was basically trying to remind her who she was.
“I chose well! Do you want to introduce everyone to you?”
“No thanks, enjoy your al.” Su Yu left angrily.
An whispered in Su Yu’s ear, “President Su, why is Ms. Han hanging out with Xiaoxiao?”
“How would I know? Maybe it’s because they’re both weirdos.”
Su Yu felt awkward; he had just scolded Han Yueyao when he realized that those people were Su Xiaoxiao’s friends. That was why he left in such a hurry.
“Was Su Yu rude to you?”
“No.” Han Yueyao shook her head.
“Good. If he scolds you, just tell , I’ll deal with him.” Su Xiaoxiao smiled evilly.
Han Yueyao didn’t know Su Xiaoxiao’s relationship with Su Yu, but the two of them seed to know each other pretty well. Plus, Su Xiaoxiao had the guts to call Su Yu by his full na, and Su Yu seed okay with it.
This ant that there was definitely more to their relationship.
“He didn’t scold , President Su is a good person,” Han Yueyao comnted objectively. Although Su Yu had a bad temper and liked repeating himself, he wasn’t a bad guy.
Han Yueyao could tell that Su Yu took care of her; she was grateful, even if he did this because of Huo Mian.
“Co on. Let’s eat hotpot, ignore what just happened.” Su Xiaoxiao gestured.
“Hang, I heard there’s new releases at the movie theatre. Should we go there after dinner?” Su Xiaoxiao suggested.
“I’m not interested,” The man looked down and stirred his hotpot sauce.
“Should we go to karaoke then?”
Before the man could say anything, Su Xiaoxiao added, “My friend has a great voice.”
To be honest, Lin Hang wasn’t interested in singing. However, upon hearing that Han Yueyao had a great voice, he agreed.
Not sure why Su Xiaoxiao said what she said, Han Yueyao nudged her friend. “What are you talking about? I don’t know how to sing!”
“Co on, let use you to show off my talents, how else am I supposed to make him mine?”
“I knew you were interested in him.”
Han Yueyao didn’t bla Su Xiaoxiao for selling her out. After all, she was honest about liking Lin Hang.
After hotpot, the four of them went to a high-end karaoke; Su Xiaoxiao had recomnded this place.
She took out a VIP card from her wallet, and the host cordially led them to their room.
After going in, Han Yueyao sat down and played awkwardly on her phone, while Su Xiaoxiao went to order beer and snacks.
Lin Hang glanced at Han Yueyao. “Do you have a boyfriend?”
“What?” She was again shocked by this man’s question.
