The sun was starting to set in the City of Kyotora, and the fighters for the final were called into the arena.

Yuki stepped in with confidence, looking much happier than before after talking with her family.

Lucas didn’t look any different as he stepped onto the platform with his head high and a slight smile on his face.

"I want you guys to know this. It doesn’t matter who wins this match... We already won the tournant, so show these people what you can really do." I said to the two combatants who were standing before .

My students smiled and agreed with , and after waiting a few more minutes for the spectators to place their bets and get to their seats, the match began.

It was an explosive start as Yuki and Lucas launched themselves at each other, creating a shockwave of wind and shadows that surprised the crowd.

From the center of the explosion, the two fighters erged, avoiding their opponents’ attacks and countering with their own.

Yuki was using her shadow magic as it was her best elent to control, while Lucas used a mix of wind and earth spells.

Each ti their spells collided, a wave of wind and dirt would rise from the point of impact, making the crowd cheer with excitent.

Honestly, it was quite a flashy fight, which was perfect for a final match where people expected a big show.

I could even hear Nessa, who was sitting next to lina, shouting with excitent while watching the fight.

At one point, the two of them were running out of MP, making Lucas do a final attack where he used all of his remaining energy to try to defeat Yuki.

Nonetheless, the black-haired princess saw it coming and was able to avoid it, coating her fist with shadow and hitting Lucas in the gut.

With the prince out of MP and a final punch in the stomach, he kneeled and conceded, making the entire stadium roar with cheers.

The spectators threw flowers at the arena as an offering for Yuki, who was perplexed at the amount of love she was receiving from the people of her country.

Since Yuki was the third princess neglected by the king and queen, she never got to mingle with the people of her kingdom as she mostly stayed locked up in the palace, so seeing how much they loved her made her shed a tear of happiness.

The king of the host country was supposed to be the one to give a speech and reward the winner of the tournant. However, as the people still clamored for Yuki, I looked up at the royal booth and saw the king hesitating.

I flew up to their stand and gently stood atop the rail.

The king and queen were in front of , and two guards raised their katana with caution while Takeo stood behind them.

"Nice to et you. I’m Ichiro, and I’m one of the sages from the Sephyr Kingdom..." I said, slightly bowing my head.

Still, since I was standing atop the rails, I was at a higher level than them, which could have been seen as disrespectful.

"Hm, we know, we have been looking at you all tournant..." the queen replied with an arrogant tone.

*ahem* "Right, I’ll get to the point then..." I said, jumping down the rail so our eyes could et.

"So, King Hiroshi... Will you give the winning speech, or do you want to do it?" I asked, looking straight at the man.

I only knew the king’s na because lina told a few days ago, or I would have called the man "Mr King" or sothing.

’King Kyotora would have probably worked too...’ I thought.

Still, the man looked hesitant at my request. I even saw a small drop of sweat coming down his face.

"What? Is it really that painful to you to recognize your own daughter’s achievents?" I continued.

"What did you just say!? How insolent!" the queen exclaid, but the king stayed silent.

"Ugh, lady... Don’t make repeat myself. You are just acting like your pathetic son..." I said to the woman, waving my hand off as if signaling her to go away.

With a wholly indignant expression, the queen stood up from her seat and started approaching but was held back by her own guards, saying it was dangerous.

’I an, I’m not going to do anything to her, but I do appreciate the guards keeping her off my face...’ I thought.

"So, Hiroshi? Will you recognize your children? Or will you keep getting blinded by your wife?" I asked again.

At the end of the day, Hiroshi was the biological father of Yuki and all her siblings, but it was obvious that the current queen was the one who manipulated the king into treating them like trash.

The king looked down with apprehension and clenched his fists. "Who are you?" he asked.

"? I just told you I’m one of the sages from the Sephyr Kingdom..." I said, opening my information window for them to see.

Of course, I had the important things blacked out, but my other titles and skills were so impressive that they ignored the censored lines.

"Anyways, you have three minutes to decide, or I’ll do the speech myself... Choose wisely." I said, leaving the royal booth and returning to the arena, where people still cheered for Yuki.

Not even a minute after I left, I saw the king standing up from his seat, prepared to do the honors.

"Today, we gathered here to witness so of the most talented fighters in the world..." the king said, starting his speech that left the crowd silent.

"I’m proud to announce the winner of this Combat World Tournant, as it is my own daughter, Princess Yuki Kyotora!" he exclaid, making the crowd cheer.

The king walked down to the arena and gave Yuki her rewards. The first was a bag full of gold coins, and the other was an adamantite katana.

I could see Takeo grinding his teeth with anger in the royal booth, which led to believe that he wanted the katana for himself.

Still, Yuki seed quite happy to be recognized by her father in front of her people, and when I looked at lina, she gave a bright smile that made blush in the middle of the arena.
