Chapter 444: Midnight Dreams Return No. 0443 (Second Update)_1

The wind grew stronger, whipping against the body, becoming colder and colder.

Given tonight’s weather, there were signs of autumn’s arrival.

Ye Xiong distinctly felt that Yang Xiaoqiao’s body was shivering badly, so he suggested going back to the car again.

But Yang Xiaoqiao, for so reason, beca especially stubborn and refused to go back.

“I want to walk a bit more, to talk,” Yang Xiaoqiao said softly.

Ye Xiong hadn’t known when it started, but he realized that Yang Xiaoqiao’s voice sounded different. By the light of the streetlamps, he noticed her eyes were moist, unsure if she was reminded of sothing.

...

“Alright, then let’s talk,” he agreed.

Ye Xiong glanced around and, seeing a corner where the wind wasn’t as fierce, he pointed in its direction.

The two of them walked over and sat down.

“Tell a story, okay?” Yang Xiaoqiao asked.

“I’m not very good at telling stories, but if you want to hear one, I can try,” Ye Xiong said.

“I want to hear about your ti in the military, what was it like when you were a soldier?”

Ye Xiong had heard from Xiao Qiao’s Mom that Xiao Qiao had an almost infatuated fondness for soldiers, stemming from her childhood days when she witnessed a soldier helping her father, who was being bullied by thugs while they were out selling goods at their street stall.

Since she liked to listen, Ye Xiong began to recount his experiences in the military.

From joining the forces to training, and going on missions.

There were funny monts, thrills, tension, and brushes with death.

One mission after another, described by Ye Xiong, was thrilling.

Sohow, Ye Xiong touched on the subject of the Reaper Squad.

He talked about leading the Reaper Squad deep into enemy territory, capturing traitors, including being betrayed, and the annihilation of the entire squad, painting a majestic tale with his voice.

When he spoke of Qiao Yang, Lu ng, Zhao Yishan, Zhao Chuanguo, Xu Xiaofeng, these subordinates dying one by one before his eyes, he realized his voice had changed.

As he spoke of his narrow escape from death and his dramatic return to the city, Yang Xiaoqiao shed tears.

“Look at how worked up you’ve gotten, I was making up stories to deceive you,” Ye Xiong couldn’t help but wipe the tears from her eyes.

Suddenly, Yang Xiaoqiao looked at him, her eyes unblinking.

“What’s wrong?”

“I’m a bit cold.”

“If you’re cold, let’s go back to the car, it’s already midnight.”

Two fools sat on the ground, one speaking, the other listening, unaware that an hour had just passed.

It could only be said to be crazy, but Ye Xiong quite liked this feeling, like ti during a first love.

In the tis of a first love, which couple didn’t act foolishly, what silly things hadn’t they done?

“Actually, there’s another way to warm up,” Yang Xiaoqiao gazed at him passionately.

From her eyes, Ye Xiong understood the implication, and so he wrapped her in his arms and kissed her passionately.

The longing for a kiss from a first love could be a hundred tis stronger than the desire for sex.

The cold night, the chilly street, two fiery bodies, two blazing hearts.

Yang Xiaoqiao was kissed until her whole body ward up, no longer feeling the cold.

She had never imagined that the sensation of kissing could be so wondrous.

Ye Xiong felt like he was about to explode, and in the next mont, he was about to reach his hand inside her pants to explore.

“Not here,” Yang Xiaoqiao said urgently.

Ye Xiong then rembered that they were on a street, albeit in a corner, but they could still be discovered.

“Let’s go back,” Ye Xiong whispered in her ear.

Yang Xiaoqiao nodded, and they walked toward the car.

Once back in the car, Ye Xiong started the vehicle, and Yang Xiaoqiao sat in the back. As soon as the car began moving, Yang Xiaoqiao suddenly said, “Take ho, please!”

Now is not the ti to go to the hotel, right? Why does she want to go back?

“Or, we could stay at a hotel for the night,” Ye Xiong tentatively asked.

“No, just take ho,” said Yang Xiaoqiao firmly.

Ye Xiong didn’t know what was going on with Yang Xiaoqiao that night; just monts ago, she had been the one to initiate a kiss, and she had been very passionate during it. Shouldn’t they naturally progress to going to a hotel at this point? Why did she want to go ho now?

The opportunity was right there, and it just flew away; Ye Xiong felt unwilling to let it go, but he still respected her wishes.

A woman’s impulse is sotis a montary thing. Maybe she had sobered up and thought it through!

Yang Xiaoqiao is a young girl who has never experienced romance. She is not like Yang Yueru, a woman with deep-seated marital resentnt led by bodily desires; she dated and kissed him purely because she liked him.

With such a girl, one must take it step by step and not rush.

The car slowly drove on, heading for Yang Xiaoqiao’s place at the lowest speed possible.

Ye Xiong wished he could drive even slower, hoping she would change her mind. Unfortunately, by the ti they reached her ho, she still showed no sign of yielding,

Having already crossed the threshold with the upper half, would the lower half be far behind? He couldn’t just force it, could he?

Thinking about the significant progress he had made with Yang Xiaoqiao that night, Ye Xiong felt very happy. After all, a man must learn to control his desires; haste does not bring success.

“I’ll take you ho,” Ye Xiong said, getting out of the car.

“I rent a place with friends, so it’s not convenient,” Yang Xiaoqiao thought he wanted to co inside.

“I’ll just walk you to your door. It’s too late and not safe. I won’t be at ease until I see you enter the building.”

Hearing him say this, Yang Xiaoqiao could only agree.

They walked along a long, tree-lined pathway, where the street lights shone through the branches, casting mottled shadows.

Ye Xiong held Yang Xiaoqiao’s hand, and the two of them walked at a steady pace, soon arriving in front of a three-story house.

Yang Xiaoqiao took out her keys, unlocked the door, and went inside.

“Bye.”

“Bye.”

Only after she had gone in did Ye Xiong turn to leave.

Back in the car, he spaced out for a while before starting the vehicle with a wry smile.

He drove aimlessly through the streets, unsure of where to go.

Going ho was definitely not an option; Xinyi and Tang Ning had already gone to bed. Earlier, he had called ho and lied that he was staying at Wang Tong’s place. If he went back now, wouldn’t that just reveal to Yang Xinyi that he had been lying?

Having drunk alcohol and not having touched a woman for over a month, Ye Xiong was greatly restrained.

At this mont, he so desperately needed a woman.

He pondered whether to seek out Sister Hua or Luo Weiwei to vent the fire within him.

Yet he hesitated to make the call.

It was the middle of the night, and they would surely be asleep by now. Even if Luo Weiwei, the night owl, wasn’t asleep yet, he didn’t want to disturb her.

The thought of seeking another woman for sex after being unable to get it from one felt too sleazy and disrespectful to won.

Forget it, he thought, just find a hotel, take a cold shower, and get so sleep.

Seeing a hotel nearby, Ye Xiong directly drove in. As soon as he had parked, his phone buzzed with a ssage.

“I wasn’t ready, I’m sorry.” It was a ssage from Yang Xiaoqiao.

“I’m the one who should apologize. Go to sleep early, goodnight.”
