And the officials sat according to the ranking.
Murong Xue took the first seat on the right side, and the other princess took the seats next to Murong Xue according to their mother’s ranking. And the young ladies of the officials took their seats according to their father’s ranking. Murong Xue took the first seat because she was the emperor’s favorite daughter even though she was the youngest among all the princesses.
The officials all took this occasion as a great opportunity to fawn upon Mu Chaoyang, and they had no idea Mu Chaoyang was put in jail not long ago.

Mu Chaoyang’s eyes travelled on Luo Yuyan, ‘What a pretty little creature!’
Mu Chaoyang did a little calculation in the heart, ‘Pri Minister Luo’s daughter, pretty, smart looking, hmm, wife material.’

Luo Qianqian heaved a sigh of relief that the eunuch didn’t make a scene about her arrival, she refused to draw any more attention on herself.
Murong Yun and Luo Qianqian walked together, while Su Liancheng and Feng Qing walked behind them with a drooping head respectfully.

“Yun, you are here, take your seat.” the emperor smiled.
They beca the center of attention since they stepped foot on the hall, especially Luo Qianqian and Murong Yun. Audible gasps went around the hall as they appreciated Murong Yun and Luo Qianqian’s pretty faces, they wondered who was this girl and why she got to stand next to Prince Eighth!
And they rubbed their eyes, Prince Eighth was holding the girls hand!
The girl was rely fifteen or sixteen years old, she was simply an exceedingly beautiful young lady in an effortless way, she was in a plain white gown and she wore a simple hairdo, but she was one arresting beauty who had eclipsed all the other young ladies.
Luo Qianqian’s face lit up when she saw Master Lingtian, she couldn’t help but sped up, wishing to greet Master Lingtian.
To her surprise, Murong Yun squeezed her hand and refused to let her go.
