The hologram fell on the ground, its head fell next to it, and when it fell, it rolled a few tis and ca towards the feet of Silas.

A nacing smirk curled up on his lips as he lifted his feet up and then stomped on its head, making the thin-mist particles co out of it.

Silas then sheathed his sword once again and looked at Michael through the screen. Michael had a small smile on his lips.

His arms crossed over his chest, and his voice ca softly. "You do have talent, Silas, and that’s why I’ll try to teach you seriously now."

He took a small pause as he flicked his finger, and the sword sheath, which was hanging towards his waist, disappeared, producing golden ray particles before it vanished.

Then, he continued. "I thought that you were a nobody, so I was teaching you normally. But I saw that you have the talent to learn the skill, and I also demonstrated it to you."

He gave Silas a small smile and continued. "That’s all for the sessions. If the karma wants, then we’ll et soday."The screen, which was reflecting the video of Archangel Michael, suddenly disappeared.

A small sigh escaped through Silas’s mouth. He sat down on the bed and brushed his hair with his right hand, then wiped his sweat with the back of his hand.

His voice ca low. "What did he an by karma and et-up? And was it the end of the sessions?"

---

[Yes, host. Your sessions with the Archangel Michael are now over for good.]

[You got the skill: Heavenfall Strike -> SS ]

[But, host. You have to complete the progress to acquire the skill; you can still use it but not to the complete potential.]

---

Silas stared at the system’s new pop-up regarding the skill’s progress. \

His voice ca low, and the tone was slightly filled with confusion. "So, is it the sa as the skill of Chronos? I’ll acquire the full potential after completing the progress bar?"

---

[You’re on point, host.]

[I have told you before how to increase the progress, but let remind the stupid YOU once again. ꉂ(˵˃ ᗜ ˂˵)]

[To increase the progress, the host has to fight enemies stronger or equal to his skill level.]

---

A vein popped up on Silas’s forehead as he clenched his fist.

His voice ca low but annoyed, and the tone was filled with anger. "You idiotic fuck, I genuinely get headaches from you now," Silas muttered under his breath.

[You can’t do anything about it, Host. Deal with it because you’re the one who asked for the power, rember? Power cos with great responsibility. ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧]

Silas sighed as he raised his hands in the air and stretched them slightly, and then moved to his bed and dropped down onto it. The little Fenrir was sleeping next to him.

Silas looked at the little Fenrir’s mouth; it looked cute, as if it had slept for ages. Slow snores were coming out of the mouth of little Fenrir.

Silas took a deep breath and then put the bedsheet on the little Fenrir, and then went to sleep himself.

The Morning:

The morning ca soon. The early rays of the sun were coming inside his old apartnt room through the tall windows, the rays making golden strips on the floor.

The little Fenrir was already up and was licking Silas to wake him up, eyes glimring. Silas slowly woke up as he opened both his eyes slightly.

Silas got out of bed and then made his way to the washroom and freshened up. After giving food to the little Fenrir, he rembered that today was the day when he had to go to the tournant.

His hand extended as it touched the head of the little Fenrir slightly, and he patted it.

His voice ca softly. "I haven’t nad you yet, right?" He took a small pause as he thought. System, will it be weird if I give a na to a mythical beast?

[No, host. It’ll not be weird. It has chosen you, so you can give a na to it of your liking.]

Silas scratched his chin as he said, "Hmm, you’re a mythical beast, and I think you’ll fight alongside in future... So, I’ll na you Ragnar."

[New Na of the Norse Beast: Ragnar.]

Ragnar looked Silas in his eyes, and it let out a small growl as if it had taken a liking to the na given to it.

Silas then picked up his sword’s sheath and put it next to his waist and grabbed Ragnar, and put him on his shoulder, and left his apartnt.

Awakened Headquarters:

Silas had finally reached the front of the Headquarters. The board of the building was shimring bright with white and blue lights.

The glass doors of the Awakened Centre slid open with a soft electronic chi.

Silas took a small sigh and made his way inside the building. When he reached there, he saw that this ti, there weren’t the usual hunters coming to get aid or sell stuff.

This ti, there was a huge line full of hunters who had co here to participate in the tournant.

He made his way further inside and went to the sa table where the bubblegum lady usually sat. When he reached there.

He kept his hand on the mirror, which was in front of the desk; the mirror was there to prevent the hunters from peeking inside the cabin.

The bubblegum lady was typing sothing on the holographic keyboard, which was hovering in the air in front of her eyes.

She looked up from it and saw Silas. A small smile curled up on her lips as her voice ca out cocky. "Oh? The miracle rookie is here again?"

She took a small pause as she stopped typing. "What are you here for now, miracle rookie?"

Silas looked at her through the mirror as a small smirk curled up on his lips. "Well, I’m here to participate in the tournant."

He pointed towards the wall on his right, on which a huge poster regarding the details of the tournant was.
