Alexander’s body shivered in delight while staring at Maxim’s body and the way he danced on the stage. He couldn’t help but get srized by his talent.

"Don’t worry. I won’t do anything unless you want to," Alexander said gently. A smile appeared on his lips to show he wasn’t a bad person, and he pushed the envelope to Maxim.

Alexander watched as Maxim clutched the envelope. He was delighted as he felt he was a provider.

"I’ll be seeing you again, Maxim. Very soon," Alexander said, smirking. He could already picture how he would et Maxim again.

"Wait! I told you our deal is over!" Maxim exclaid quickly.

Alexander raised his brow, amused by Maxim’s words. He didn’t care if Maxim insisted on breaking the deal between them since, for him, he could do whatever he wanted.

"Don’t miss too much, Maxim," Alexander said seductively, ignoring Maxim’s words.

Alexander turned and left. He was already intoxicated with alcohol, and it took him all his efforts not to kiss Maxim’s lips right there.

"I’m sure this will trouble him," Alexander stated, grinning from ear to ear. He knew what he did would trigger Maxim’s fight or flight, but it also ant that Maxim would think about him, and that was enough.

Alexander chuckled as he returned to the Palace with a smile on his face. He felt he had achieved sothing and got closer to Maxim even though it was the opposite.

As Alexander reached his room. He leaned back in his seat, his fingers lazily tracing the rim of his glass as the city lights flickered past the window.

"Ah, I want to drink again," Alexander muttered.

However, Alexander was disturbed again. A knock echoed outside.

Noa entered and bowed slightly. He carried a tray that contained a pitcher and a glass. He placed them on the table and left without a word, looking on the ground to prevent seeing Alexander’s face.

"That guy," Alexander muttered, shaking his head. He slled the pitcher to see what it was. "It’s just water. Ah! I guess I stink with alcohol."

Alexander poured himself a glass of water and drank it in one gulp. Even though he was an to Noa, he liked him since Noa was a responsible servant and always cared for him.

Alexander chuckled again, swirling the last few drops of water in his glass before setting it down with a soft clink.
