Before Ryan could say anything, Lux disappeared from his sight.
"Is she pissed off?" He said, looking at Nyx, who shook her head in denial.
"I imagine she's just embarrassed" the succubus said, as she stretched out on the bed. "I think I'll go to sleep soon" she continued.
Closing her eyes, the white haired girl fell asleep quickly. She lay there with a smile on her face and a serene look of rest. The bedroom clock was set at 1:22AM, the silent room had only the sound of Nyx's breathing and the wind blowing through the window periodically. Getting up carefully, Ryan put on his clothes and walked to the kitchen.
The starry night on the windows revealed the glow of the wings of the girl who was watching the moon, turning around startled she bowed her head after exchanging glances with the one who was supposed to be her master. "Trouble sleeping?" he said as he walked from the living room to the coffee machine.
"A little..." The angel girl replied approached slowly, she was visibly embarrassed.
"I thought you already knew about this" Ryan said as he placed a mug under the machine. The sound of coffee falling into the mug broke so of the silence in the area.
Turning to her, he noticed how uncomfortable she looked "I'm sorry, I was careless not to tell you. Lux's face flushed and she quickly waved her hands in denial "It's okay! Don't worry about it!" she said, while hiding her own reddened face.
Sighing, she tried to explain what she was feeling "The truth is I just got scared. I didn't think my sister would be doing this kind of... stuff. But no-no problem at all." As Lux spoke, Ryan paid attention to the movents and gestures she made, sohow her reactions were cute.
"I'm sorry," he said.
Again she shook her head "Don't worry, I... I actually kind of enjoyed watching it a little bit" she said.
'Heh... she does look like Nyx' he thought.
With a smile on his face he walked towards his office "If you ever want, we can try" he said looking back.
Lux's face flushed but she just nodded before disappearing.
'Now I need to deal with that' he thought.
Sitting down at his desk, he began to go through the docunts of the dwarven manuscripts. That orange book was almost ripping from the number of tis he opened and closed the leather cover, even though he was very careful. Ryan was finishing going over the texts on his computer, while he visualized the sheets of his new project on his wall.
"A sword that can draw power from its opponents... I'm sure the dwarves have thought of this, I just need to see how to do it" he thought.
After so much reviewing the elven translations, Ryan had so insight into what the ancient dwarves looked like. In his mind, he imagined himself to be relatively similar to them in so ways. Dwarves did not possess very great magical power, yet they were powerful and ntally capable, using their knowledge to dominate their territories and mining and defeating monsters to obtain mana crystals and cores.
Part of the dwarves' reputation as great smiths ca precisely because they needed good weapons to match the physical strength they possessed. In a way, these points made Ryan feel welcod reading the dwarven manuscripts.
"The author of that book really loved what he was doing" he said aloud as he looked at the author's notes, with a smile on his face he found what he was looking for.
"Ways to channel energy into concentrated crystal batteries... Exactly what I was looking for!" He said excitedly, as he marked the page and opened his notepad.
The sword design was almost finished, and soon he could place the order with one of the blacksmiths. Ryan remained working on this project for a few more hours before sleeping on the couch.

"You're going to catch a cold if you keep sleeping badly" Said Rose Siora, who gently woke Ryan up with a kiss on the forehead. "Oh you're awake, good morning" she said with a gentle smile. His face was still a little off, with his eyes between open, but he quickly got up.
"Good morning Rose" he said, approaching the nurse to give her a kiss on the lips.
A little late for his class, Ryan got ready and left with Alice and Sara, on the way he t up with Livia who was on her way to class. Talking to the three of them, his mind went back to the events of the previous day. Now he could easily evaluate soone's intentions, mainly because of the evolution that the system had received with the upgrade of the Demon Sight ability.
Observing Livia, he noticed how restless her heart was and how her breathing was accelerated. Putting a hand on her shoulder he asked her "Have you had coffee today?" and she nodded her head yes "How do you know? I didn't sleep very well today.
This answer made him understand a little better the information in that window, and opening the options he found a button written [Advanced Information].
After activating this, the window beca even more complex. With larger mana flow charts and even information about debuffs the person had, for example Livia had the myopia debuff in her eyes, and now had the caffeine buff in her body.
'This is more useful than I imagined' he thought and entering the halls of the academy, he began to pay more attention to the reactions of those who were watching him. People comnted as he passed by, but not many had negative feelings towards him. A good portion of the students were actually excited about the way he was fighting.
"Look! It's Ryan Whitemane!"
"He beat that berserker so easily. That was scary."
"The difference in his strength is surreal, I've been told he's undergone rigorous training over the last few months"
