Su Ran had been a genius in the musical field, always been.

Nevertheless, in order to create a comprehensive piece of work, talent and technique alone werent enough. Emotions were also a very important factor.

Su Ran had been a hikkomori in the past. She had no particular emotions other than her love for delicious food.

As such, a senior of hers had suggested for her to watch different kinds of affectionate dramas in order to complete her work.

This ti was different, however.

This ti, she didnt need the help with any of those clich emotional dramas and she was able to co up with it on her own.

And, in addition, this was a piece that was better than any of her old ones.

The piece of music ended with a string of cheerful notes.

This piece, is for my big boy at ho. Su Ran couldn't help but said that with a smile on her face when she was done.

Even though, as far as Su Ran was concerned, her son was not there at the venue.

What she didnt know what that, as soon as she finished saying that, a certain young man almost couldn't help but stood right up.

After the excitent subsided a little, Su Han turned to look at the man next to him and lifted his brows in a show off way at him.

Nevertheless, before Su Han could say anything, he heard Su Ran smiled and added, And his dad.

Su Ran had no idea why she added that second part either.

Except that, the mont when she thought about Su Han, she saw two silhouettes, a big and a small one, popped into her head at the sa ti.

She had no idea how much shock and excitent her words had brought to the father and son, sitting among the audiences, especially Mr. Lu who had always been bad very good at controlling his own emotions.

When she had finished competing, Su Ran stood up, bowed, and left the stage.

***

When Su Ran returned to the backstage and saw the two big and small persons standing outside of the dressing room, she was stunned.

You two?

We are here to pick you up! said Su Han before Lu Shao could say anything. Looking at Su Ran, his eyes had never sparkled like that before.

Su Han quickly turned away the very next second.

Its getting late. Lets hurry up and go back. Su Han, with his back to Su Ran, wasnt aware that he had picked up his pace.

Whats the matter with him? Su Ran asked Lu Shao, stupefied.

Why did she have a feeling that her son was even more awkward today than usual?

Nothing. Lu Shao smiled and also looked at Su Ran full of tenderness. Dont worry about him.

Mmm. Su Ran nodded and asked again, How co you are here?

To pick you up, said Lu Shao to Su Ran, his eyes bright. His answer almost identical to Su Hans.

Su Ran,

She took back her assessnt.

Her son wasnt the only one that was awkward today. Both of them were off today.

Could it be her performance just now? And that the two of them had heard what she said at the very end?

Su Ran speculated.

Except that

Su Ran got Su Hans reaction as his mother.

But Lu Shao why was that?

Feeling dubious, Su Ran returned to the hotel with this pair of problematic father and son.

Outside their hotel room, Su Han frowned and gave Lu Shao, who was still standing straight up in front of Su Ran with no intentions of voluntarily returning to his own room, a warning stare before he walked inside the hotel room with a I am going to do go work on my howork assignnts.

And Lu Shao and Su Ran were left alone in the hallway.

Thank you so much for today, said Su Ran to Lu Shao with an appreciative smile.

Partly for him taking care of Su Han and partly for him bringing Su Han with him to pick her up.

After she had finished saying that, she looked up and looked back at Lu Shao, baffled, when she didnt hear a response from him. It was then when she noticed that Lu Shao was looking straight at her and it looked like he had a lot that he wanted to tell her.

Xiao Ran.

Hmmm?

Thank you for saying that on stage today, said Lu Shao.
