Jian is sitting in the sect hall as he has given instruction to Yu Yang that he should gather all elders and Luo Qing to the sect hall.

But he didn't make announcent to the elders that he is going to accept Luo Qing as his disciple. First he is going to check their conditions and then he will make the announcent.

I am going to take Luo Qing as my personal disciple aning that from today onwards Luo Qing would be your junior brother."
Hearing this everyone beca excited even Ling'er was the most excited because she was finally able to get a junior brother who she can order around.
Everyone was excited and Luo Qing has started to cry and imdiately Kowtow three tis in front of Jian as a ceremony of accepting him as a master.

Hearing this all elders nodded and they understood because they have been accepted as Jian's personal disciples and they knew that after becoming his personal recipes they will have to do several task which would benefit themselves and the sect.
Luo Qing nodded and told Jian that he is ready to accept the position of the elder. Hearing this Jian smiled because now he will get one more person which would look after the sect if Jian is away on the mission.
"Good since you have accepted as your master and you have been promoted to the elder tomorrow Yu Yang will make announcent to the sect and after that you have to learn everything about managing the sect from your senior brothers and sisters.
aning that you will be working under your senior brothers and sister and helping them manage the sect even though your position will be sa as them first you will need to understand them and learn everything from them."
