The original Icelandic black rye bread might look quite ordinary and normal in appearance and thod of production, and even because of the thod of production, the bread might even seem more legendary. However, this does not an that black rye bread tastes particularly good—in fact, you could describe its taste as quite terrible.

All of this stems from the unique thod used to make the black rye bread. Unlike most bread production techniques, the Icelandic black rye bread’s thod of production is closely related to volcanic activity, imparting a hint of sulfur to the taste. This wouldn’t be much of an issue, but the problem is that black rye bread is supposed to have a malty flavor.

Once the malt flavor mixes with the sulfur, the sll is akin to a stink bomb, virtually suffocating.

Having got his revenge on the gloating Betty, Chen Ze felt quite a bit better, although he felt it was a pity that he didn’t ask phisto for another Hell Crawler. The taste was really not bad; maybe he could give it to Lafra to try.

Chen Ze yawned and glanced at his phone—it was already seven in the evening, yet no custors had co in. Chen Ze guessed there probably wouldn’t be any custors tonight. He just wondered if Lafra had finished up her day.

"Manager! I heard you have so tasty barbecue here, give ten servings! And bring so Thunderbrew Lager, too." Chen Ze was contemplating whether to press the Magic Crystal Stone Lafra had left for him when the door pushed open and Sebastian’s voice rang out.

"Manager, I’ll still take the spicy hotpot, extra vegetables, please. I’ve brought the tripe you ntioned earlier, so I’ll trouble you to prepare it for ." Riesel ca in carrying a bag of cow stomach, which he had specifically picked out based on Chen Ze’s previous advice.

"I’ll just have a serving of Arctic chestnut rice. And give five servings of that barbecue Sebastian ordered." Dragone entered, dressed in a pristine white suit that made Betty’s eyes widen in awe.

Chen Ze poked his head out and took a look. Why had these three dragons been showing up together lately? One might think they lived together, but as far as Chen Ze knew, Sebastian resided in a negative plane, and Riesel was about to beco a father soon.

"Here’s your Thunderbrew Lager, enjoy." Betty rushed out, her hands clumsily managing three large mugs of lager.

"Little Betty, how are you getting on? No one’s been giving you a hard ti, have they?" Riesel took the lager with a smile and took a sip.

"No, thank you Lord Riesel, it’s just that recently nobles keep asking when you might return to attend the auction event." Betty suddenly rembered her duty and quickly ntioned it to Riesel.

"Nobles?" Riesel pondered. It made sense that only three or four nobles in that city knew him, and if soone was inviting him to an auction, it would likely be that old man.

"Heh, tell him I’ll visit in a few days, Betty," Riesel chuckled coldly, saying he was invited to the auction, but it was probably just an excuse to use his reputation for so shady dealings. However, Riesel owed him a favor regarding Betty’s issue, so he felt he had to check it out.

Chen Ze stood in the kitchen, sighing as he looked at the bloody cow stomach in front of him. With so much tripe, Chen Ze felt he should charge Riesel a crafting fee. It was a wonder how the stomachs of these dragons were put together. Every ti Sebastian and his friends ca around, Chen Ze’s ingredients would dwindle significantly, sotis even requiring a supermarket restock.

Nevertheless, Chen Ze got started on preparing the dishes Sebastian and his friends ordered. He began by taking out the Bill beef to chop, and after so preparation, placed it on the grill.

After finishing the barbecue, Chen Ze began to boil water to prepare the spicy hotpot for Riesel. Though the spicy hotpot wouldn’t grant Chen Ze any experience points, he didn’t really mind; still, he decided to add a bit more chili oil, just to make sure Riesel found it satisfying enough.

"Betty, co in and serve the dishes." The first dish Chen Ze completed was the Ice Chestnut Rice Dragone had ordered, and Chen Ze also placed so mango mousse on the plate, as a bonus dish.

"Manager, what are these?" Obviously, Chen Ze hadn’t inford Betty about the mango mousse, so now she was sowhat puzzled.

"Oh, these are free for the custors, think of them as a bonus item, and rember to ntion it to Sebastian and the others." It was then that Chen Ze realized he had forgotten to tell her, and he quickly gave her a few instructions.

"Sure, but Manager~" Betty looked at Chen Ze with a pitiful expression.

Chen Ze’s mouth twitched, but he sighed and handed Betty several mango mousses.

"So delicious, mmm... amazing..." Betty’s mouth was stuffed like a hamster’s as she then carried the plates out.

"What’s this?" Sebastian was also confused, but after Betty explained, he understood. He had eaten here many tis, but this was the first ti he had seen Chen Ze give away food to the custors.

"The dessert is quite tasty too," Sebastian ate quickly, as he preferred sweet things.

"It is nice, but I think spicy food is more to my liking." Riesel, now transford into a human, liked to use his human taste buds to enjoy the extrely spicy hotpot.

Dragone didn’t speak; he just calmly ate his mango mousse. In his opinion, the ultimate delight was still his Ice Chestnut Rice; however, he knew ntioning this would start an argunt, so he dismissed the idea.

Standing in the kitchen, Chen Ze suddenly rembered a chicken he had once eaten, which was exceptionally delicious, and he had dread that one day, if he had the money, he would buy a whole one just for himself—to eat alone, without sharing with anyone.

"Now that I think about it, I could actually afford that chicken now, but what was its na?" Chen Ze frowned, finding it difficult to recall every past detail without supermory, particularly with so many delicious chicken dishes in Huaxia, it was indeed challenging.

Then, Chen Ze slled a faint burnt scent and snapped back to the realization that he was still barbecuing at.

Looking at the slightly charred at, Chen Ze suddenly recalled the chicken from his mory—it was the famous Beggar’s Chicken.

"Beggar’s Chicken, huh? Looks like I’ll need to get so ingredients tomorrow." Holding the grilled at that was downgraded to ’fine’ due to slight charring, Chen Ze decided to keep it for himself and re-grill another portion for Sebastian and his group.
