"Although the professional tier requirent cannot be t yet, I can always prepare for the other employnt requirents in advance," Su Chen said with a frown. "I was just thinking that by preparing the relevant profession requirents ahead of ti, I could save a lot of ti when I actually take the profession later. Don't you agree?"
"What you say makes so sense." Bronze Spirit seed hesitant. "However, when it cos to taking a profession, rushing is not a good thing. I still prefer that you proceed step by step."
"Furthermore, the Sacred Profession Eternal Body can only purely increase your stamina, which ans your combat endurance. But doing so will only turn you into a at Lump."
'A at Lump... what kind of analogy is that?'
Su Chen was sowhat speechless. This was his first ti communicating with the Bronze Spirit outside of standard procedures, and he indeed found its level of personification to be quite high.
"Special Professions are fundantally ant to cover weaknesses and fill gaps. I suggest that you also supplent with combat-related professions to achieve a more balanced developnt."
Su Chen shook his head, emphasizing, "I understand your reasoning, but what if I insist on accessing them anyway?"
Pausing for a mont, he added, "Family Clans within the Sect that pass down Sacred Professions can prepare everything in advance. Yet I have to access them one by one, only able to prepare for the next after completing the previous one. This inherently wastes a lot of extra ti."
"If I knew the requirents ahead of ti, I could have others help prepare the environnt or gather the necessary materials."
"Hmm, you make a valid point." Bronze Spirit fell silent for a long ti before slowly responding, "What you say does indeed make sense. I apologize; I forgot to consider the uniqueness of your status. There are many things you still have to handle yourself."
"I can make an exception this ti and allow you to access the next two Special Professions."
"Thank you." Su Chen breathed a sigh of relief. Communicating with this entity was far easier than he had imagined. Perhaps it was also due to his status as a Star Seed.
"It is my duty." Two streams of light intertwined before Su Chen's eyes, manifesting into two virtual screens, each displaying text.
[Discovered Special Profession—ridian Wheel Walker. You may take this profession after completing the employnt requirents.]
[Employnt Requirent 1: Take at least five Physical-Type professions, with at least four being top-tier professions.]
[Employnt Requirent 2: Conduct breathing exercises for no less than two hours daily, lasting for at least one year, and form an Initial ridian within the body.]
[Employnt Requirent 3: Obtain a Divine Origin no lower than your own tier, and use it to assist the Initial ridian in condensing into a ridian Wheel within the body.]
[Open the ridian Wheels, regulate breathing, draw out endless vitality like a vast sea. The ridian Wheel Walker pays respects to the Crimson Fla Responding Thunder Great Exalted. Self-weakening Requirent 2: The breathing exercises only require forming the Initial ridian.]
Su Chen carefully examined the virtual screen in front of him. At the very bottom of the profession requirents was a general description of the abilities. Upon employnt, ridian Wheels would be opened within the body. Depending on one's condition, one to three could be ford, with each increasing stamina by approximately thirty percent.
"In other words, under perfect circumstances, I can nearly double my stamina?" Su Chen thought aloud, shifting his gaze to the other profession.
[Discovered Special Profession—Harvest Bringer. You may take this profession after completing the employnt requirents.]
[Employnt Requirent 1: Take at least six Physical-Type professions, with at least five being top-tier professions.]
[Employnt Requirent 2: Spend at least three years conducting the Four Seasons Pilgrimage—the sprouting of spring, the flourishing of sumr, the harvest of autumn, and the concealnt of winter—gaining a unique and profound understanding of each season.]
[Employnt Requirent 3: After completing the Four Seasons Pilgrimage, resonate the accumulated Seasonal Rhythm, Life Observation, and Personal Breathing with the universe's balanced, thriving, and upward macro-pulsation of life, entering the state of Resonance between Heaven and Man.]
[The earth grants roots, the stars grant scale. The Harvest Bringer is a resonator and guardian of natural cycles and life rhythms. Paying respects to the Crimson Fla Responding Thunder Great Exalted, he can assist you in completing the Heaven and Man Resonance Ritual.]
Su Chen raised an eyebrow. This profession sounded incredibly mystical. It required at least the 6th-Tier to take, and the ti cycle it consud was extrely long.
As for its abilities... he looked closely. It allowed the user to draw surrounding natural energy, increasing the standard stamina recovery rate, as well as continuously restoring a massive amount of stamina over a short period.
Under normal circumstances, these two professions would take at least four years to complete no matter what. Even if he used essences to assist, assuming good luck, it would still take him roughly half a year.
Su Chen's heart stirred, and he directly activated the Hellfire Fla. The System Panel popped up—[The Crimson Fla Responding Thunder Great Exalted senses your will. Blazing flas erupt from his palm, engulfing the terrified ridian Wheel Walker and the bewildered Harvest Bringer. The other professions tremble in fear, watching helplessly as they fuse into one.]
[Discovered Special Profession—Revolving Saint. You may take this profession after completing the employnt requirents.]
[Employnt Requirent 1: Take at least six top-tier Physical-Type professions.]
[Employnt Requirent 2: Conduct breathing cultivation across all four seasons for a continuous five years.]
[Employnt Requirent 3: At the turning of each season, absorb the seasonal energy into the body to form Four Energy ridians.]
[Employnt Requirent 4: Use a Divine Origin no lower than your own tier to assist in the Resonance between Heaven and Man, forming Four Seasons ridian Wheels within yourself.]
Su Chen scanned the four requirents and couldn't help but click his tongue. "Two combined into one. The difficulty is indeed high. The base ti requirent is over five years, and I still have to account for this rotation of the four seasons."
On the nearby Life Stars, the concept of flowing through four seasons didn't even exist.
However, Su Chen only pondered it briefly before more text surfaced on the System Panel—[The newly born Revolving Saint, before even expressing gratitude to the Crimson Fla Responding Thunder Great Exalted, sees a thick bolt of lightning strike down on his head. The next mont, he loses all consciousness.]
[Revolving Saint employnt requirents have been completely erased.]
The words "Take Profession" sparkled like gold.
"This... is quite thrilling," Su Chen swallowed hard. Recording, fusing, and erasing the requirents—achieved in one breath. With just a single thought, he could directly take the profession.
One of them even had a mandatory 6th-Tier requirent, but it was completely useless in the face of the Great Exalted.
Unfortunately, because all requirents were erased, the Cunning Fox Essence couldn't be used either.
That was being a bit too greedy. Su Chen was already sowhat impatient, but this was certainly not a suitable place to take a profession. He suppressed his emotions.
Pretending to morize the information for a while, he finally asked, "How many Special Professions are needed in total for this Sacred Profession Eternal Body?"
"It requires a total of five Special Professions."
"aning there is just one last one?" Su Chen pondered briefly, deciding to push his luck. "Can you pull up the requirents for the final profession for as well?"
"I apologize, but the mandatory requirent for the final profession is the 7th-Tier. It is simply too far out of your reach. Please take the Prerequisite Professions first," Bronze Spirit flatly refused.
"Alright then." Su Chen didn't mind, but asked out of genuine curiosity, "Under normal circumstances, how many professions are required at minimum to achieve the Molten Casting Sacred Profession?"
"That is still far too remote for you, but I can answer that. To achieve the Molten Casting Sacred Profession, at least five are required."
'The Blood Burner requires seven...' Su Chen couldn't help but think. He wanted to follow up with more questions about the Sacred Professions, but Bronze Spirit rejected them all with the excuse that it was "far too remote for you."
Left with no other choice, Su Chen could only depart.
Rubbing his fingers together, he felt a sense of impatience. He strode briskly down the main path, only offering perfunctory nods to anyone greeting him.
Just as he arrived at the Port and was about to board an Aircraft, Su Chen noticed the Wristband on his arm flashing faintly. It was a ssage from Chu Ran: "Sothing huge happened! Hurry over to Old Wei's place!"
"Sothing huge?" Su Chen raised an eyebrow. Rembering how this guy had specially thrown a gathering last ti just to show off his Star Amber talent, he suspiciously replied, "What huge thing?"
"It's about Qin Yun. The other Factions have decided on their next move. Old Jiang is almost here," Chu Ran replied swiftly.
'About Qin Yun?'
Su Chen's eyes flickered. Since it wouldn't delay him for too long anyway, he decided to head over to Wei Zhenghong's Floating Island first.
This wasn't a large gathering, just a small get-together. The only ones present were Shen Yi'an, Wei Zhenghong, Zhao Ming, Chu Ran, and a few others.
Shortly after he arrived and before they could even exchange a few pleasantries, Jiang Mufeng walked in.
Seeing that everyone had assembled, Jiang Mufeng couldn't resist keeping them in suspense. "Guess what plan the Royal Court and the Factions actually hamred out?"
"Alright, Old Jiang, just spit it out," Chu Ran urged, growing impatient.
Jiang Mufeng clicked his tongue repeatedly. "You would never have guessed it. The venue for this iteration of the Peak Star Tournant is being moved from the Royal Court to our Bronze Sect."
Su Chen narrowed his eyes slightly.
"The Peak Star Tournant?" Chu Ran paused in surprise. "What does that have to do with Qin Yun?"
Shen Yi'an tapped his slender fingers against his armrest, deep in thought.
Wei Zhenghong said in a deep voice, "Is this the gentler thod of negotiation they ca up with?"
"Exactly," Jiang Mufeng nodded. "If the other Factions and the people from the Royal Court suddenly arrived together without a buffer zone, the tension would be far too explosive."
"Moreover, this is also a way to show their stance to the Ancient King—that the major Factions are not siding with the Royal Court to target us."
"After all, with the Peak Star Tournant taking place, all the Star Seeds from the Factions and the Royal Court will be in attendance. Even if they really wanted to fight, they wouldn't make a move while the Star Seeds are present."
"So that's how it is," Chu Ran exclaid in astonishnt.
Zhang Heng considered the situation. "Looking at it this way, the other major Factions still know what they're doing. Even if Qin Yun knows the secrets of the Lost Starfire, or played a certain role in the deaths of the Morning Star Tier professionals, they aren't willing to beco blades for the Royal Court."
"That's right," Jiang Mufeng chid in. "According to Head of Seat Zhang, the Royal Court is sowhat dissatisfied with this resolution. However, since the other four major Factions have made their decision and the Ancient King has agreed, there's nothing they can do."
"Haha, the Royal Court harbors ill intentions. It's a good thing the other Factions are smart enough not to fall into their trap," Chu Ran grinned.
"Nonsense. How could you possibly fathom the wisdom of the Ancient Kings?" Wei Zhenghong scolded.
However, the atmosphere among the group had noticeably relaxed. Judging by this situation, no matter how Qin Yun's matter was handled, a major conflict was unlikely to break out in the end.
"Perhaps there is another possibility," Shen Yi'an suddenly spoke up, his voice hushed. "This is also a probe. Perhaps they want to co deep into the Sect to confirm the physical condition of the Ancient King. The anomalies of the Ancient King Monunt a while ago attracted quite a bit of attention."
Hearing this, the slightly uplifted atmosphere sank back into silence.
Jiang Mufeng let out a bitter laugh. "True. My father had the sa suspicion."
This was a solution that killed several birds with one stone. By moving the Peak Star Tournant to the Bronze Sect, the various Factions and the Royal Court could send their people over.
Not only could they use the tournant as an excuse to soften their joint interrogation and avoid pushing the Bronze Ancient King too far, but on a deeper level, they could also investigate just how severely the Bronze Ancient King had been affected by the Starfire.
Different physical conditions would inevitably lead to different outcos.
Zhao Ming couldn't help but say, "It's a bit too early to call it safe now, but having this thod is already pretty good."
The group chattered away, making various speculations.
'The Peak Star Tournant...' Su Chen listened quietly from the side. He had known about this grand event before, but now he had a much more concrete understanding of it.
Those eligible to participate were all professionals under the age of fifty. This included not only the Star Seeds of the Five Great Sects and the Royal Court, but also forces in the Dust Star Sea that were secondary to the Five Great Sects yet still possessed Star Seeds.
It even included possessors of Divine Radiance Grade talents. Every ti, there would be a few such individuals stepping on the heads of the Star Seeds, sparking waves of public outcry.
The rewards were also incredibly generous, provided by the Royal Court and the other Factions.
Things like the right to use the Fortune Bronze Core, the right to use the Profound Heaven Instrunt, or rare potions from the Sacred Cauldron Cult—all were genuinely exceptional treasures.
"However, during the last Peak Star Tournant, I could only watch. But this ti..." Wei Zhenghong clenched his fists, seemingly full of anticipation, but then he glanced at Shen Yi'an and grumbled, "I almost forgot, there's already soone here who has achieved the Molten Casting Sacred Profession."
"You'll probably take first place, right?" He cast a sidelong glance at Shen Yi'an.
"It will be at least another two years before it actually takes place, so what's the rush?" Shen Yi'an shook his head calmly. "Besides, I'm not the only 7th-Tier who has achieved the Molten Casting Sacred Profession. There are also those freakish possessors of the Divine Dawn talent."
"I reckon that by then, even Qin Tianlin might have achieved the Molten Casting Sacred Profession."
Wei Zhenghong's face darkened slightly as he let out a cold snort. 'Divine Dawn talent...'
Su Chen listened for a bit longer, and after confirming there was no more vital information, he made an excuse and took his leave.
'The Peak Star Tournant... To think they would co up with such a solution. It truly is...' Su Chen was also quite amazed internally. Every step of the developnts regarding this matter had exceeded his expectations.
Returning to his Floating Island, he went straight to the Training Room. After making so brief adjustnts, Su Chen took a deep breath, ripples forming in his eyes.
[Revolving Saint] Direct Employnt!
Instantly, Su Chen felt a surge of heat erupt within his body, making him feel as though he had eaten until stuffed. Four-colored light patterns suddenly circulated across the surface of his skin, flowing endlessly like the changing of the four seasons.
Verdant vines and tender shoots broke through his skin, carrying the moist scent of earth. Then, golden-red flas flared up, scorching the air until it distorted and burning his body hair to ash.
Imdiately after, frost-white ice crystals condensed. The bone-chilling cold caused icicles to hang between his fingers. Soon, profound black snow patterns covered him, freezing mist swirled around, and frost flowers blood at the tips of his hair.
"Hiss—" Su Chen inhaled sharply. This employnt process was by no ans gentle. The four-colored light patterns burrowed into his pores like living snakes, sinking into his limbs. They humd at his joints, spinning into four vortices before gradually contracting and converging toward his dantian.
Su Chen's back arched as veins bulged beneath his skin like twisted roots. His muscles tensed and solidified inch by inch. As the Four Seasons ridian Wheels moved, his entire body felt as though it was being repeatedly forged by an invisible Great Strength. His flesh and blood churned and rolled like surging waves.
After a long ti, the four vortices converged and solidified at his dantian. The four-colored streams of light transford into a chaotic hue, completely integrating with his body.
[Revolving Saint employnt successful. Acquired profession ability—Four Seasons ridian Wheels: Base stamina increased by 200%, stamina recovery rate increased by 300%, rising to 500% when feet are planted on the ground.
The ridian Wheels can be liberated, reducing all consumption by 80% for a short period of ti.]
In that instant, Su Chen felt as if roots had sprouted beneath his feet. All the pain completely faded away, replaced by an indescribable sense of fulfillnt, as though his energy was inexhaustible and boundless.
