The sll of grass and ice mixed together and spread around the area. The sound of birds and people's footsteps echoed from a far distance. Han Li's senses were enhanced to their peak as he ditated under the roof of his empty old ho.
It had already started to fill up with cobwebs and spiders but he didn't care about that at the mont.

A red Spark lit up above his palm, the size of 5 baby fists. And his Soul Sense covered a 5-ter diater around himself. In the covered area, he could see everything to it's minor details. From the small wings of an ant to its mandibles — it was clear to the T.
He could even hear its grinding sound.
Just like that, Han Li spent around an hour of ti calmly ditating, he was like a stone statue, totally unmoving. Nobody outside could ever have thought soone was attempting to Evolve inside a normal-looking small house.
Who would even try Evolving in a day other than the days of Energy Abundance? When the Awakening Ceremony was not ongoing?
That would have been the thoughts of the normal n of this world, but Han Li didn't care. For he knew those were just a ceremony, it didn't matter in the success or failure of the process after all.
He breathed out the icy air inside his chest and his red spark started to rise up. It first detached from his skin and floated an inch above his palm. Imdiately, his senses expanded to twice the amount it was. From 5 ters in diater to 10 ters.
His head started to hurt as if a scorching nail was being hamred into his head repeatedly. But he gritted his teeth and looked at the spark resolutely. With his knowledge about the Energy of the world, he could see that the whole world's energy was converging on his Spark.
The Spark rose higher from his body and the pain increased. His heart started pumping in adrenaline. But his teeth grinded against each other and he clenched his hands as the feeling of his Spark losing out of his own control started to thump against his chest.
It had always listened when he told it to co out or go back in. But now, it was unresponsive. As it was absorbing the energy of the world, it was also being corrupted by this energy and lding into the world.
He smirked as a devilish grin plastered across his face. "You are not moving out of my control!"
The Spark suddenly shook and stopped 4 inches infront of his face. Illuminating it in the darkness as he focused all of his mind on the Spark.
The sensation of connection spread through the spark. He had a feeling as if his soul had beco the Spark while his body was just a shell for it to live in. It was as if he was projecting his own mind outside of his body as the Spark burst in a red hue infront of him.
His mind briefly went blank but he imdiately stabilized himself as the Spark floated infront of him. No longer a red little fla, but a carbon copy of his body in a fla form. It was like a spirit as it stared at him like a doll.
It felt as foreign to him as the stones scattered outside his room. He had no connection with it. This was the last part of Evolving, accepting the Spark back into the body and lding it into your true soul.
It had lost connection with him due to Evolution. His head beca dizzy as if he had been hit by a tal rod in the back.
Nevertheless, Han Li made all of his power erupt for the first ti in this life. All the bursting strength of a top-tier mortal body pushed him forward like a blur as he opened his mouth and devoured the Spark.
In seconds, the Spark would vanish since it had no connection right after transforming into that Spirit Like form, usually, Clan Heads would have helped at this mont by moving the Evolving man's body towards the Spark, but he had no help like that.
No matter how dizzy his body was, he made his body move by sheer will and swallowed the Spark. Imdiately after, he toppled and slid on the ground as his consciousness shook on the verge of falling unconscious.
"Grr…." He growled weakly but he could feel his soul shaking, it felt as if a mosquito was buzzing by his ears before his red gaze brightened for a second and then dimd as he slipped unconscious. His body sweating profusely.
Inside his body, unlike an ordinary human body was an Awakened Empty Space. It was dark inside it like the abyssal stomach of the deep oceans. But suddenly, a red spark in the shape of a human body appeared inside it.
It had the gait of a doll. Seemingly dead. But as it floated there, it started to absorb all the energy inside the Empty Space and the Body outside it. For the Spark, it didn't care whether the energy was Soul Energy or any other kind, it absorbed everything and started to transform further.
The Spark first gained a crimson glint in it as all of Han Li's soul rged into it. Then, its aura started to spread throughout the Empty Space and the 5-ter diater started to expand. Slowly, the space beca 10 ters in diater with the only source of light being the Spark in itself.
But the process was far from over. The Spark's eyes lost their glint as Han Li drifted away into dreams. And as that happened, a red swirl appeared in the ethereal form of the Spark.
The Spark had Evolved. It was no longer a re Spark but sothing much stronger. Sothing that was a source of power and change.
It had evolved into a Minor Dao Soul. The Minor Dao Soul of Lust.
But Han Li couldn't yet explore the changes inside himself, he was sowhere else.
