“Why the day after tomorrow though? Can’t we go on the weekend?” Xiaochen paused suddenly as the words left her mouth.

“What?” Secretary Wang failed to get it right away and responded with a question.

Then he hung up the call, fearing any loud noises would be heard by Xiaochen.
