The demonstration zone is currently Hanhai’s largest project, and it was won through bidding among countless large enterprises. It’s a national project, which is highly valued by those at the top. If this project stalls, not only will Hanhai suffer losses, but the higher-ups’ plans will also be affected. It will be even harder for Hanhai to make a coback in the future.
But with such a large project, finding investors was very difficult. Thus, even when Qin Zhiyou was suspicious of Zhongtian, he had no choice but to accept their capital. Who knew that what seed to be their bottom-line retreat was actually burying a landmine for him here.
